I went to complain because they had not given my son the drink and the manager called me a thief, yelling at me in front of all the people and my family. A disrespectful person who never came forward to apologize after proving that I was right. Unpresentable. I will never set foot in that place again. I suggest you spend your money with people who deserve it, not with disrespectful people.

I'll be honest, I had bought here before and I wasn't convinced, but I decided to do it one more time and I was delighted, I like the Latin guy there. Previously they had very small wings but now they are huge, I love them, so now I give them a 10/10

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!! Food was absolutely terrible! We are out of town and expected way more from a restaurant in that area! First of all, the pricing is INSANE! 22$ for a 10 piece wing combo! 22$!!!!!!!!! And not to mention the size of the wings - every single one of them were MAYBE the size of a pinky finger! Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Went up to the counter to express my frustrations with the employee and he tells me “well, our manager isn’t here” and just stared at me! Went back up to get ketchup packets - no one was there .. had to go to the restaurant next door to get them and while I was there I see the employee from your restaurant there!! Went to get a refill on our drink .. no employees present .. had to walk to the restaurant next to yall (AGAIN) to get an employee to help us bc apparently there was only one employee working and he was on break - come to find out you charge 1.06$ for a REFILL!!!!! In a 12 ounce cup! After charging 22$ for wings small enough for a toddler to eat!! I don’t ever write reviews but I HAD TO for this one!

Do not eat here! Wings were undercooked and gross. I actually got 8 wings and two stubs for $24. The only positives were the fries and bottle of water. I ended up throwing the remainder of the undercooked into the trash. On top of that the 2 wings I had made me sick as a dog. Someone call the health inspector.

Fresqo freshThis place had not all the ingredients ready for the food to be enjoyed. And tasted like garbage. Not worth the money. The only place that looks like we could get food to eat had a sign that let us know they will be back in 30 minutes.... but never did.We waited for almost one hour and they never came back to service. Don't know if they ever did

Ordered boneless wings. They were terrible. Asked for. Refund and the kid running the register said it was against policy to give a refund.

Title: A Wing-tastrophe at the Outlet of Atlanta's Food CourtRating: 2/5 starsOh, where do I even begin? Our wing adventure at the Outlet of Atlanta's food court was a rollercoaster of emotions, and not in a good way. Let me regale you with the tale of the kind male teen, the endless wait, and the disastrous lemon pepper wings. From the moment we approached the wing stand, a bright-eyed and bushy-tailed teen greeted us with a smile that could light up a room. His enthusiasm was infectious, and we couldn't help but feel hopeful about the feast that awaited us. Little did we know, this encounter would be the highlight of our experience. As we eagerly placed our order, excitement turned to impatience with each passing minute. Time seemed to crawl like a snail on a marathon. We started questioning if the wings were being sourced from a mythical chicken that required a personal invitation to be plucked. Seriously, I could have invented a time machine in the time it took to receive our order. And then, the moment of truth arrived. We eagerly took a bite of the highly anticipated lemon pepper wings, only to be met with a taste that can only be described as a flavorless disaster. It was as if the lemon and pepper had a fight and forgot to show up in the dish. Our taste buds were left crying out for mercy, longing for the tangy zing promised by the menu.In conclusion, while the kind male teen brought a glimmer of hope to our wing expedition, the lengthy wait and the abomination that was the lemon pepper wings left us feeling disappointed. It's safe to say that this wing stand has some soul-searching to do. We hope they can find their way back to deliciousness and efficiency, but until then, we'll be soaring elsewhere for our wing fix. Bon appétit, brave wing enthusiasts, and may your taste buds be luckier than ours!

The experience of consuming the lemon pepper fries is unrivaled by any other dish I have ever tried. The warmth and savor of the potatoes mesh with the tartness in a way that invites choirs of angels to sing into your head as they connect with your taste buds. This feeling is only intensified as you reset your palette between drinks of water, multiplying exponentially with each sip. My only regret is that I will never be able to enjoy regular french fries ever again because of how severely they are out-shined. Nevertheless, I thank the minds who conceptualized such a heavenly dish. I thank you greatly.

Very expensive, terrible quality and it took forever to get the food, although I was the only customer. Never again.

Teriyaki wings are so delicious and the fries are perfect as well. The owners of the Fresqo places are friends of mine and they are some of the sweetest, most genuine people you’ll meet!!

The wings are great and so are the fries. Best sauce is definitely the bourbon. Everything is great here. Highly recommend.
