I went to GameDay on Feb 24th around 1PM. I went to the bar to place a to go order and asked for a menu from the sole bar attendant. The name on my receipt as the server is Elaina S. although she did not place my order. The manager with the red beard actually placed my order. After the order placement by the manager , I patiently waited at the bar with a beer and watched patrons come and go. The patrons on either side of me came after my arrival, received drinks and menus. Shortly after, they were asked if they wanted a 2nd round. Not 1 word was uttered to me! Not even eye contact! No inquiry about another beverage or a statement saying, "let me check on your order". I've been to GameDay a few times before and have never had an experience like this. Meanwhile my food had come out and was sitting for some time! I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service from the bar attendant and intend to contact the proprietor!

Great food and service! We love going here. It’s a little loud during game days (but it’s a game day at a sports bar so what do you expect) but it doesn’t keep us from eating here :)

Outstanding service by Chloe tonight!!! Loved that one of the sweet girls up front opened the door upon arrival. Ordered the Derby, All American, and the Titan chicken sandwich. Everything was great! Atmosphere is always a nice relaxed vibe unless there's a serious game on and then well it's Gameday! See y'all soon!

Find it a bit crazy that the loyalty program has simply disappeared. Customers are annoyed and taking it out on your staff, who are as in dark as the rest of us. If something was messed up, at least provide answers to your staff so they can inform your customers on the status. Is the loyalty program coming back? Is it changing? What happened to the numerous points I’ve accumulated over the last 3 years? Can’t help but wonder if there’s any correlation between the fancy new “Basecamp” and the end of the loyalty program. Odd timing either way. Mark and Sonny, I would love a response.
