When I WAS Able to Walk Three years ago, I did Pick up an Order. The Restaurant Inside is Visibly Comfy and Warm. BUTT! Let Me Tell You how Wonderful Marco's Staff, Cuisine AND Delivery Service Is! Their Staff is Awesome. I Am in Love with Their Wings! I Order Wings and Chef Salad from Marco's Every Month, without Fail... Try Them, You'll See!

Had an issue with my order. Once it was delivered via Uber eats, we ordered boneless wings and we were delivered regular wings. I called to see if we could come pick up the boneless wings since we were sent regular wings by mistake, and was told they were out of boneless wings, which is why they just sent me regular ones instead. I was able to talk to the manager and he said that since they aren’t allowed to call me when the order through Uber eats, they had no way to let me know, which I totally understand. He said the only thing I can do is go through Uber eats to get a credit. I went to ask him another question and he quickly said “sorry about that, nothing we can do, bye” and hung up on me. I truly understand that there are some things they can’t control when ordering through a third-party delivery service, however, he was truly rude, and I cannot believe he hung up on me in that manner. I would also like to point out that we live less than 4 miles away from the store, and their system always says they can’t deliver to us because we are out of their delivery area, so I have no other way to get delivery other than a third-party service.

Used to love getting pizza from here, but unfortunately it's become progressively worse each time we've gone and picked it up. At this point there is more crust than toppings. Whoever is making the pizza either doesn't know how to make them or is simply too lazy to actually spread the sauce and toppings around the entire pizza. It's all just dumped in the middle and even then the toppings are scarce. I've been tempted to do the BOGO deals over the past few Tuesdays, but every time I'm tempted by the photos on the website, I remember what we end up getting. It's simply not worth it and sucks not having a properly made pizza, especially right up the road from where we live. There is too much competition for this type of lazy preparation, so we'll go elsewhere from now on. I'd comment on the order or website, but there is not even a place to provide feedback so the management knows the crap quality going out the door. Hopefully, they are able to at least read about it here.

We normally love Marcos but something has changed the crust was like cardboard , i asked for pie cut, and it was square cut on one of them and the beef had a funny taste to it ! They got it there fast and it was hot but both were the worst pizza we have ever gotten from

Did carry out pizza and they were over 20 minutes behind when it was supposed to be ready. Their food is good but the operations could use some improvements.It is also fitting that when trying to use the feedback form Marcos points to in their reply to this review, the website automatically starts a new order and does not give me any method for providing feedback. You guys have to get your web stuff straight.

Ordered 4 Pizza's the crust was liberally2 inches long all the way around. Looks nothing like the ads. Tasted good. Paying for crust in my opinion. Never again.

There is definitely new management here! Food, service and delivery time was awesome.I haven't been in while but things have definitely improved in the last couple of months

By far the worst location ever! Why is it so hard to get orders correctly delivered? What’s the point of placing an online order; the crust toppers are never placed on the crust. And when you call them inquiring about your order, they’re so incompetent to answer simple questions.

I was coming here every single Sunday, for several months, as well as Holidays. Sadly, the last time I ordered from here the pizzas and cheese bread were inedible. I literally threw them away, and this order was my first meal out of the hospital after delivering my daughter. I refuse to ever order from a Marco's again. ?

I went to the Woodstock Marcos location to meet a friend for lunch at 130pm yesterday, Saturday. The seating area was dark and all the chairs were up on the tables, as if they were closing. There was one man sitting at a bench seat (booth) whom I assumed was a worker. I went to the counter to ask the young man if they were open or closing, and he responded they were open. I asked for a couple of menus but there was only one available and he didn't think the restaurant had any others. Why? I inquired as to why the chairs were on the tables and he said he didn't have time to put them down. (So, the man sitting in the dark in the dining room obviously wasn't lifting a finger. Maybe that's what management does at Marcos Woodstock, nothing). Since the dining room remained dark, with no effort to change that, or get the chairs off of the tables and only one menu for the entire restaurant, we decided to have lunch elsewhere. This pizza restaurant has gone downhill. Poor management, no staff (pay your staff and you'll get people to work for you). A manager who had no interest in customers. Shame on Marcos! I do not recommend this place any longer.
