Food is amazing but staff is so rude and has absolutely no personality. Every single time whether it’s on the phone or in person. Girl at the counter giving dirty looks just because someone asked a question. Train your workers to have some type of hospitality.

Purchased a Philly cheesesteak special for lunch only to realize there was NO steak on my sandwich so I assumed the special meant veggie. Got home and actually looked inside the sandwich to make sure I was correct and yep no steak on the other half of the sandwich. I call the store and asked what comes on the sandwich she said steak and all the other ingredients. When I told the I didn’t get any steak. Pasqual called me a liar and then proceeded to tell me I wasn’t suppose to get a pound of steak on my sandwich. Needless to say the customer service, and food SUCKs here. Never again!!!!

I ordered a large cheese pizza with mushroom. There could have been a little more cheese on the pizza and it wasn't quite as tasty as it used to be. I had to add more garlic oregano and salt.

I was picking up for Uber Eats and they had Pizza by the slice, so I ordered one that had meats and Ricotta on top. 10 out of 10! LOVED it! Girl taking my order told me to "Have a great day." I smiled and said "don't be pushy, let me choose the type of day I have." She didn't get my joke, so I kinda felt bad. Hoping I'm back in the area so I can grab some more pizza.

This place is just plain nasty. Pizza is so greasy and the sauce has zero flavor. The tortellini is stuffed with some unknown brown substance (looks like refried beans) and smells horrible. The ham in the dish is just chopped up lunch meat. $60 later and we just threw the food away. Pizza Hut and Papa Johns have better pizza and pasta. The desserts are completely frozen. It is blatantly obvious that none of the food is fresh. It’s frozen and probably just cooked in a microwave.

If you like %100 disappointment 100% of the time, this is the spot for you. 8-10 visits in 2 years. I love giving people an opportunity to improve. Calling this place “taste of Italy” needs to be called out for being a complete scam?. This restaurant doesn’t improve anything. Working in food and beverage for a decade, and spending hard earned money supporting other small business food and bev, I’ve never reviewed a restaurant directly to their page. But this place is a joke. Every few months I try it again, simpler menu items and it just gets worse. Maybe it’s a teenage kitchen staff, or neglectful ownership, regardless this food is complete joke. Whether I order it, pick it up, or eat inside it’s the same result. Extremely cheap product of poor quality, thrown together to a standard that only applies to those beyond the realm of careless. Not only am I going to share my opinion, but I won’t be back. If you want stale, tasteless food with no integrity, this is the place. Just stay away. I’m telling you. Don’t spend hard earned money here. They gotta be serving leftovers.
