“I've been living in Georgetown all my life and this has always been the best seafood in Georgetown. The breakfast is wonderful personally I love the seafood platters that they serve at lunch they are spectacular have plenty of food in it enough to eat off of ”

“You won't find a nicer or friendlier staff. Fried chicken was crispy, juicy and delicious. Buffet style with great southern sides, mac & cheese, rice, mashed potatoes, gravy, limas, greens and more. Great sweet tea! Chicken was the only meat, wish they had another offering and deserts were ok, but we were too full for desert anyway.”

“Always like to swing by when I'm in Georgetown. Service and atmosphere is excellent. The salmon on my salad was just ok, not great and definitely not the medium rare I ordered.”

“Great sushi spot located in a beautiful maintained historical building. The service is friendly, welcoming and attentive. The menu has everything a sushi lover could ask for and then some. I had a 20/20 roll and the tried and true Philly roll. Both of them didn't disappoint, the fish and vegetables were fresh and they both were packed with flavor. This is a great sushi place and I promise you won't leave disappointed!!”

“Our party of 4 walked in without reservations on 12/16 and found the atmosphere to be quite cozy and pleasant. We sat at a huge very comfortable booth. Our waitress was an A+. I first received a salad with a Gorgonzola dressing. I had never had that but it was similar to a blue cheese dressing. That was quite tasty. I ordered the fall scallop risotto and I loved it. I thought the shrimp almost tasted like popcorn, the scallops were perfectly soft, and the risotto retained a fabulous flavor.My wife ordered the butternut squash soup and although it didn’t taste quite like what she expected, she still thought it was great. She also got the scallops and loved them.My in-laws ordered the burgers and one loved it while the other had ordered it medium and it came out pretty red. It was rectified quickly.A couple of drinks were also ordered and really enjoyed.Overall I think this is our favorite restaurant in Georgetown!”

“i’m so happy to have another mexican restaurant in town and that is so authentic. that staff is always friendly, food is delicious!! it reminds me of my moms cooking. the chilaquiles are my current favorite dish. and their spicier red salsa is perfect if you enjoy spicy salsa”

“We stopped in for dinner on a Monday. Had a reservation and came in early but they managed to seat us. We weren't too hungry having overeaten at lunch. However after splitting the chicken between the two of us, it was so good we wanted more. Up steps the desert menu. Best. Desert. Ever. I've not had a good figgy "sticky" toffee pudding since I left the UK 7 years ago. I was genuinely tempted to order a second to go after finishing mine. My wife ordered the chocolate cake and the slice was big enough to feed a small family... seriously. Plan on visiting whenever we are in town.”

“We love to stop at local places to try the food wherever we travel.Sometimes we're disappointed...but this was not one of those times!Mercy was our server, and she was not only helpful, she was very personable.The food was ah-mazing, and it's obvious a lot of love goes into it.I had the shrimp & grits w/gravy, w/butter beans/okra, and Cole slaw.My daughter had the Mac n cheese & sweet corn.Husband had the ribs & yellow rice.We all had a corn muffin, with peach cobbler for dessert.None of us wanted to share our food but we did. Lol.We will most definitely be stopping here again on our next time through.Kid-friendliness: Mercy (our server) gave our daughter just as mu h dignity and attention as she gave us.It was a nice change, as a lot of servers ignore her.Also, the tables are covered with paper, which would be fun to draw on.”

“I had lunch with four friends at the Ball & Cue. They offered 3 lunch specials which included 3 sides and either cornbread or a roll. I had the fried chicken, which was delicious. We left a 20% tip and still spent less than $65 total for the five of us. I highly recommend and will be going back there often.”
