I can still order on the app and get points that can be traded in for free food and beverages!I ordered a 4-piece Chicken McNuggets and diet coke. To be healthier, the Happy Meal has a sliced apple option with a half serving of French Fries. Yay! The apple slices are peeled.Good luck to this Aiea location on the renovation! I'm sure it will look beautiful soon!

This location is so bad I asked for extra everything for both of my burgers and one of them it was just an chesse burger and the other one extra pickles and onion and I asked for an drink no ice and when I ask them to remake it they just give me side of everything and was rude about. I work in customer service and never did that bs

I ordered curbside about 20 minutes prior. I arrived and waited 15 minutes. I seen everyone who came after me and ordered after me are getting food before me. So i called them and no answer. I was going to be late so i left. Is this not fast food? Even zippys would have done better in half the timeAfter my apnt i called them back twice and they answered. She said i can come back so I "tried" to explain what happened as i just said it previously, and the lady on the phone said ok ok ok ok ok ok alright alright bye and hung up. She didnt want to hear what i said.When i got there they gave me the food at the drivethru. Food was cold and coffee is was melted.In short, they were late, didnt want to hear the story, didnt apologize, was rude to me, and i paid same price as everyone else and im the only one that got cold old food. What a real piece of work these guys are

Always quick service and very polite. The inside does seem a bit dirty/old but besides that it's one of the faster mcdonalds.

The McDonald's I'm reviewing is the Aiea location. I'm gonna keep this short but I often experience long drive thru lines and wait times and on many occasions my order is NOT right and or exactly as ordered. Simple request like no onions please, ketchup and pepper. One particular older lady tends to ask more questions about my ordering making it very time consuming for me to explain what I want to order. I'm sure if you can understand what I'm trying to say.She is the sweetest person don't get me wrong but I blame lack of training and communication from the owner and management. That's it. The slowest serving McD that I know of. Most of the time.But why do I comeback for more? ℹ honestly don't know HAHAHA
