Best burgers. Food is always delicious & hits the spot. Service can be tricky depend on how busy it is but the food is worth the wait. This location is the best one in my opinion. Ambiance is relaxed.

I ordered takeout for my husband via the yelp app so please keep that into consideration. We love the Teddys in Haleiwa and downtown Honolulu so we were super glad there is a Teddys near our new place. I ordered a simple burger with cheddar cheese, onions and mayo only. We received a very messy cheeseburger with everything. Getting passed the mess, and taking out all that was not wanted, the burger was just okay. I read that in some of the reviews but hoped it would be a little different. I think because it was late (within an hour), and it was done through yelp, that may have been the reason. So we will give it a try again.

Just left the restaurant and drove home. I ordered 1 dbl no sauce combo and 2 singles. My receipt says exactly what I ordered. However, the burgers were mislabeled and all have sauce on them. I’ve had a few orders messed up from this restaurant before and figured if I walked in they couldn’t mess it up. Definitely jacked. Won’t be back. The woman on the register was great though.

Honestly the food is great, but it is WAY too expensive to justify. Can't even consider it an option when guests come to the island. For $80+, you'd think a person could get something more than 3 burgers and 1 small fry. Absolutely awful pricing. Also, it doesn't travel that well. I've had delivery and take-out, but there's a massive downgrade in quality in the time it takes for your food to travel and the food settles. Gotta eat if fresh if you got the money to eat it at all

I thought we had found our new favorite burger place when i read the reviews but the food was disappointing. Just like anything you get at jack in the box but twice the price. The chicken strips in my sons meal were burnt to a crisp.

Always a winner I got me a large aiea burger the kids got sides of French fries and tater tots their burger is big this is just regular but it's still big.
Overpriced. Burgers are also haphazardly thrown together with little thought to whether the flavors and ingredients would meld together and taste good.

"A good burger is a messy burger." This is it. One of my favorite burger spots for fresh patties with fresh ingredients. Service is friendly. Nice spacious restaurant. On the pricey side...but you are paying for a real burger...not a fast food one. Their milkshakes are awesome and I feel like they're underrated. Made from real ice cream. Awesome spot. But be ready to pay.

We went to Teddys Burger. We had to wait over 50 minutes to get or burgers. When we finally got them the burgers were cold. We had to cancel our after dinner plans since it took so long at Teddys. Auwe!

I waited 38 minutes (there were only 2 customers in the store) and payed $91 for food that did not warrant the price. Whoever was working the fryer needs to be taught the correct way to use it. Everything was burnt and the oil had not been replaced for a long time. Also if I was the owner I would either take the shakes off the menu or make sure they actually taste good before I go charging $10 for one. I'm all for paying more for better quality but at this point Teddy is robbing his customers for a product that simply is not worth it. Save your time and money and go find a 5 guys or anything else.

They had good service and washed the blender and shake stuff since I have a nut allergy. Food was good.Dietary restrictions: Washed everything involving tools to make the shake, Had to notify them I had a nut allergy.
