Party of 6, 4 got served their food and finished it. 2 of us waited 45 minutes, we kept asking what was going on, they kept saying it would be right out which it never did. After forever we finally just asked to cancel our food because the rest of our group had finished their food a long time ago and we were all just sitting around waiting. Waitress tried to make it seem like we should have known a pizza would take an hour to make and then one of the cooks came out and made a snide comment to the waitress about us wanting to cancel.. Wasn't busy at all. Also an order of onion rings were burnt black on top. Only bad experience we had on Kauai!

Definitely my Jam. Great home brews on tap, awesome bar menu in a warehouse style building. We stopped in during happy hour. Onion rings, coconut shrimp and pulled porked sliders on deck.

WONDERFUL wait staff, especially the hostess. We had a new waiter…it was only his 3 day waiting tables but he was fun to work with and made sure everything was correct! We had a very large party of 14 and were seated right away. The waiter was Mason and the hostess was Grace. Ask for both when you go to Kauai Island Brewing Company!!
Service was horrendous. Don’t waste time here with angry unhappy service people. We are a big family and we’re waiting on the deck as one hostess went to confirm a table, another hostel came out and chased us “back to the street” to wait. Mind you, it was empty in the restaurant, it didn’t feel inviting and yes there is a hospitable manner of saying that especially when you see a big group who you know will get automatically hit with 20% gratuity which we are fine with but hell no. So with our children we scurried back to the steps and street as she continued to “shoo” us out of the restaurant to wait. We left and went across the street to Sunset bar and grill and spent hundreds with very welcoming lovely amazing island service. Your hostel here could learn a thing or two from them. Don’t waste your time or money here.

We LOVE this place. The beer battered chicken sandwich (make it spicy) is the best chicken sandwich we’ve had. Jayson was an excellent server and I would 10/10 recommend coming here.
