Never open. Always want to get ice cream here but since COVID they are always closed and weird hours. In fact their hours aren't even posted and their website says closed every day. What's the deal????

There were only 5 flavors to choose from. Only 2 were ice creams. The chocolate coconut was good. No sir down inside. Social distancing in place. Meh. Recommend when they can get supply.

First time going to an actual store&&I loved it for my niece&&nephew ice cream cones me&&my husband got shakes and I got a mini ice cream cake for my other nephew I also loved that the had paper straws instead of plastic.

Very disappointed in this location. Earlier in the week, I wanted to order a cake for my wife's birthday. Web site indicates that they were closed until Friday. Called on Friday to order the cake for a special dinner on Saturday. Was told I would have to it a 15% rush fee even though their website is out of date. The point is I WOULD have called sooner if I knew they were open. Two messages left for the general manager to resolve. No call back. Very unprofessional. Next time I'm taking my business elsewhere.

False advertising. The sizes of ice cream received after ordering are much smaller than the pictures shown here. I should have taken a photo to show the difference. “Scoop” sizes are more like golf ball size.

Really good ice cream, but expensive. I had a sugar cone with 1 scoop (kids) - $5, BF had 2 scoops (small) - $6.I used to love their Heath Bar Crunch; I love toffee. They even had a coffee version. But they no longer make either. Cherry Garcia is my next favorite, cherries and chocolate chunks, yum! BF had vanilla and cookie dough and enjoyed both.

Craving something sweet? Going through a rough breakup? Having a cheat day? On a first date? Stop by Ben & Jerry's for some ice cream! They have many ice cream flavors, most I recall are chocolate and caramel flavors. There are usually no lines during the late afternoon when I have gone there. They offered me free samples to try and taste different flavors of ice cream before ordering (I sampled 6). The staff seemed very nice. The inside is very cute and there are many places for you to sit either inside or outside. Although a few critiques I have is that the ice cream scoop is a bit pricey and I wish the scoops are slightly big for the price you're paying for. Moreover, the metal chairs and tables were a little unclean but generally everything else is fine.
