I got a 10 piece wing and a cheeseburger lunch special. The food came out at a good temperature, though it was almost too salty to eat. My waiter Reginald was on his game and took care of the order arrived exactly as ordered.

Food is fire cheese curds with caramel. Street tacos.Service took 10 min to seat (pretty good)15 min to get our drinks(mid) dame 15 min to tell us they out of said drink (bad)30 min to ge 1 item out of 3, 10 min later to get a salad without utensils to eat with. 45 min have past didn't get our 3rd item. So we just asked for a manager to get a box.Server no communication on anything. Dropped off stuff and walked away. Asked host to not set up tables so she don't get sat to go to her cpk job.Manager sees servers struggling and decides to talk story.Busser sees a take full of dishes and walks away from it.Bartenders gave me a salty mojito. Correct me if I'm wrong aren't mojitos made with starry and cane sugar salty????? Just wondering.Entertainment stull good tho.I enjoy standing in line at the dmv over coming here again

I recently stumbled upon a public tikok of one of the employees, Delaney Nucci, with her feet near prepared, ready-to-serve food and laying her entire body on top of a food-prep surface in the kitchen while the restaurant was open and active.Ever since seeing it, I've been too concerned for the well-being of my immunocompromised relatives in Honolulu to allow them to eat there any longer. And that's just what was caught on camera, I wonder what worse health violations are committed out of view of customers off-camera. Food safety neglect endangers everyone, not just the immunocompromised! It used to be one of our favorite restaurants, both inside and outside of Honolulu, but now I can't stomach the thought of eating at any of their locations and likely won't be able to for a long time, if ever ?

Ala Moana... service is slow but it's worth the wait if you're watching sports on TV and having a drink or 3...Parking: It's the Ala Moana Center... so parking is available if you go a certain time but hard when you go when everybody goes...

My server was great. Didn't get his name cause it was loud, but he took care of us and came over a lot ?Minus 1 star cause they don't have a hostess and everyone walking in didn't know what to do to get a table. No one welcomes you in and tells you the wait time. Customers have to tell other customers to write their name on the paper list.

If I could provide more stars for service, I would. Friday afternoon/evening on February 16th, I found myself needing a place to eat, and relax while trying to find a place to stay after realizing my travel plans and place to stay was completely gone. I sat at the bar where a wonderful lady was working, and in general conversation, was able to share my story with. This bartender not only made me feel special, she kept me calm during a severe mental breakdown. I can not say enough about the care and service this young lady provided. She was just doing her job and also kept up with her additional customers, but for some reason, she made me feel like I was the only one there and continued to reassure me that everything was going to work out. I did not get her name, but management will know who this young lady was that was on duty that afternoon. Please let her know how special she is, and acknowledge her because, in my eyes, she goes above and beyond for her customers. Also, let her know I did get home to my wife and kids and will forever be grateful for her reassurance during my absolute breakdown. Wonderful hire BWWs Honolulu!

Ordered my food via door dash, however, they ate the food and would not make a new order for my dasher. One hour later, I was not going to get my food. The lady who I spoke with on the phone could care less. The food, when you get it, is only mediocre any way.

Ordered take out and first they called us to ask the delivery driver to come back and grab the Mac n cheese they forgot. Thankfully the driver was super nice and went back. Got the order and we were still missing three orders of fries, and an order of wings. Called them and asked for a refund for the items we missed. Were rude about it and said give it a few days and refund would be back on my card. 5 days later no refund told me to wait a few more days and still nothing. Terrible customer service, ended up paying for a bunch of food I never received.

My two friends and I ordered a total of 90 traditional wings, yes 90 wings in 6 different sauces/dry rubs all together. Not 15 Minutes all 90 wings were at the table. Piping hot with 9 sauce cups for dipping, ready to eat.Our server was very attentive, made sure to let us know of the traditional wing Tuesday deal, very informative on the happy hour and what was or wasn't available on the menu.I ordered the honey BBQ "bird dawg" bar food appetizer just to try. Not a big fan, looked really good but way too saucy for my tastes and for 580cal I would've expected it to have a bit more flavor instead of just caked in sauce.Ordered the 30 (15/15) traditional wings in buffalo and lemon pepper dry rubs. As the main entree. The lemon pepper was definitely the winner of overall flavor, really jumped out with every bite, something I cant say for the buffalo dry rubs. The buffalo dry rub was higher on the "heat" table but I honestly couldn't tell. Not too much flavor or heat to be had.

Visited Buffalo Wild Wings for a quick dinner on Thursday night. Despite the absence of a host, Jarren promptly seated us, ensuring a clean table. His attentiveness set a positive tone for the evening, showcasing excellent customer service. Jarren's dedication stands out, making this visit a positive experience. Usually hesitant about this location, but looking forward to returning. Great selection of alcohol and local beer. Will be back.

The atmosphere had a club like feel to it, dark and lots of strobe lights and lasers. Didn't feel like a franchise B-Dubs, more like a high school prom set in it's cafeteria.A/C was on full blast. Nice if it was 100° F outside but it was in the evening with highs of lower 70°s.There were 3 types of wings ordered, very little to no sauce and seasoning spun on. Lemon pepper traditional was just plain with a few pepper flakes, Spicy Garlic and Mild traditional wings were just coated enough to turn the color of the meat and skin orange with little to no sauce-lathered appearance and texture was almost dry.One positive, the staff were decent, always attentive and the wait time for the food was low.Being back from working overseas with the family for vacation, Buffalo Wild Wings is our traditional place to go everytime we get to visit one, anywhere in the U.S. Luckily, there are a couple of other locations that we can go to while we're here to get our fix before we fly back.

Hitting up, Bdubs whenever we're in the area. We forgot last week on Sunday was play off day and made the mistake of trying to eat lunch here. It was full to capacity. Today, Tuesday for lunch, pretty much a ghost town. Wings are always delicious.
