I live pretty close to burger hale so I figured I'd try it out. I was very disappointed in the American burger and the chicken rice dish.The burger was almost raw in the middle even when I asked to have it medium well and the chicken on my rice bowl was grey and dry...almost looked like duck meat and was really inedible so I just ate the rice instead which was actually oretIf I paid $10 then no biggie, but when it costs over $30 for something like this I feel robbed. Step up your game burger hale.

Yesterday I got their Swiss burger and it was good (about $11). Tonight I bought the ribeye sandwich and can't believe what I didn't get for $20! The receipt is bigger than the sandwich. I know this is Waikiki but seriously? The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the cashier is friendly. I sure hope this was a mistake: I live here and want to support local businesses but not when I'm getting ripped off.

OMGThe burgers are so juicy n tasty N the margarita pizza is great to me,love the crust,thin n crispy.Beer special is great too.Nice little place to eat.Great customer service with ALOHA.We will be back for sure.

Delicious sauces and fries. The drinks and snacks inside are cool as well. The manager is cool and this place is right smack in the middle of Waikiki. Happy 4th!

The service was great, the man at the register was kind and helpful, the food, was good until my husband noticed his burger was raw in the middle. Despite the raw burger everything else was amazing. He went up to the front, and the worker offered him another burger, and corrected the issue. He was so kind about the situation. The food was good, despite the one issue. Which is the only reason I knocked them from 5 to 3. Undercooked is one thing, but the middle being raw, is another.

Went to this place to eat for the first time 5/31/2020 about 6:30pm ordered a New York strip steak alacarte (because the cashier said they are ala carts due to them being a 5 star restaurant. No but forreal, the New York steak (as you can see in the photo) did not taste like a 5 star restaurant cooked it. So I had order a side of $8 spicy fried rice (as seen in the picture) the rice was over seasoned, very salty. I paid $56 dollars for this and I can't even eat it because it taste so gross. You know, i don't usually post bad reviews about places unless they were absolutely terrible. I will never eat at this place again.

Ordered Takeout. Simply grilled filet, Ribeye sandwich and Falafel were all cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Reasonable prices. We will be back.
Food was delicious we love all of it and the staff has always been courteous,helpful, and enjoyable to talk to while waiting.

Had American classic Burger, worst burger and fries ever, never again, the burger to greasy, fries dry, Burger King & McD's cheaper and 100% more eatable. Over priced for what you get.

Had the double double burger here and it was excellent! The reviews so far surprised me but I never tried anything else yet. But otherwise came out nice and hot off the grill!

Came here for a quick bite and ordered the American burger which has to be up there in one of the best burgers I’ve had. The meat was juicy, the veggies fresh and the sauce/relish was amazing. It came out pretty quick too.
