Parking: There is a parking space in front of the restaurant.It's a good Korean-style Chinese restaurant. This is a place I often go to when I think of the Jajangmyeon I ate in Korea.Overall, the food is pretty good and the taste isn't bad. Fried dishes such as sweet and sour pork and dried shrimp are suitable for sharing with multiple people.

Tray Jjajang is delicious. Regular Jjajangmyeon is the Korean-style Jjajangmyeon you think of, and tray Jjajang is a slightly spicy Jjajangmyeon.

Although food was very tasty. A fly went on one of our entrees, and we had only eaten 1/3 of it. When we complained about it, in a nice way. They didn't offer to take it off our tab, nor a discount - until we mentioned if they could possibly take at least half of the cost off. Instead, they made us pay the bigger portion of it and only took a few dollars off of it. And we could see workers talking about us and looking at our table as if we had made it up, when the fly was in full view flying around the restaurant. Prior to the fly landing on our food, they saw us trying to protect our food from it by fanning it away when we noticed it coming around our food. When the worker told us what our portion would be, another worker with a loud voice and a stern look asked if we were ready for our take out boxes. We were taken aback and asked if she was mad at us. She then was taken aback and smiled and said no, she wasn't. I'm really sad about this last encounter since it was one of our favorite places to eat Korean black noodles and sweet and sour pork. Don't think we'll be eating there for a while, maybe take out from now on.

Some of the best sweet sour pork you'll ever have! Crispy on the outside but tender and juicy in the middle, covered in a sweet sauce. The seafood jjamppong was excellent with a bit more of a peppery taste than others I've had.Waitress was kind enough to lend me an apron since I wore a white t-shirt. We typically go during the week, and there's always multiple tables open.Portion sizes are generous. Highly recommend. You'll never leave this place hungry.

Decent little spot to get a Korean fix! The portions are a good size for the price. I got a jajangmyun and it seemed pretty authentic. We got there at 8:20 pm with the restaurant closing at 9:00 pm and was rushed by the waitress to order. The menu had lots of options which would have made it difficult to choose quickly if I hadn't looked at other Yelp reviews prior to going. There is a decent size parking lot right outside the restaurant but it was filled up when we went Friday evening! We ended up parking at the mall and walking over.

I do take out here all the time. The menu is pretty set on my takeout. Sweet sour pork and Black bean noodles. Sorry I don't want to slaughter the spelling. Lol.
Ordered one jajangmyeon for 2 and it was delicious! Delicious sides especially the onions. Can get pretty crowded and most parking in area costs at least $1 I think. I haven't tried anything else but wouldn't mind coming here again for the jajangmyeon it's so good!!

I have dined in and taken out from Dowon many times, but as of September 10, I am done with this restaurant. Every time I went there when they are super busy, the food wasn't that good. It was no different yesterday. Not worth for what you pay. And the waitress that worked yesterday evening wasn't that polite. I understand she was the only server at that time, but she should be able to watch her facial expressions and tone.

I rate this restaurant 10/10. The side dishes, the noodles, the entire meal tasted fantastic! And the sweet and sour pork 탕수욕, was out of this world! We scraped the bowls clean!
