Everything about this restaurant was a great experience except its location (it's in the mall so the view is a Target and a parking garage)

Birthday dinner. Excellent service and great food. Ordered the Pau Hana dish for the two of us, along with a drink and wine. Service and the food was excellent. Was surprised that the server gave us a birthday cake on the house even though we ordered the specialty dessert pineapple upside down cake, which was the bomb. She, the waitress was very kind and catered to our needs. Thank you. We will be back again. Best service ever. Mahalo

Every time we go to Honolulu we eat here. This year we've already eaten here twice. I always order the Paella - it is sooooooo good!!! My husband always orders their fish. For dessert we always get the pineapple upside down cake. It is by far the best pineapple upside down cake Ive ever had. This time I also tried the poni colada and OMG it is the best ube drink Ive had :-) All in all, I love this restaurant and recommend it to everyone. Pricewise, it is just average to other fine dining restaurants.

Lovely restaurant on the top level of International Marketplace. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Food is good and plate sizes are filling

We had an amazing dinner at the Eating House. The service was top notch. Everything we ordered from the sampler to dessert was so delicious. Highly recommend! Live music was great too!

Two weeks on the islands and this was by far the best meal we had! Very good service and phenomenal chefs. Subtle sauces with depths of flavors. Fish cooked perfectly. While everything was excellent, the unique Caesar salad was the best I ever had! Complex, citrus, umami… wow. Thanks for a nice evening. Not the type of meal you’d expect to get in a shopping mall.

Great food and service for a birthday party there.

Loved having dinner here. Brussel sprouts were off the hook and the cocktails were very good. Had the ramen for my meal and I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 gyoza in the ramen. Have never had that in ramen before but safe to say I'll be looking forward to having it again. Staff was very attentive and so nice. Would highly recommend!

Was happy to try another Roy's restaurant. Food was fantastic, plenty of choices and prices were reasonable especially considering was in Hawaii. Generous portions and excellent service! Would recommend without hesitation!

We had the most amazing meal last night celebrating our first night of vacation and I highly recommend putting 1849 international marketplace as one of your top choices for dinner when staying in Waikiki. Our server, Zalo From Argentina was so attentive, wonderful recommendations And just exceptional service! His server assistant John was extremely attentive. The ribeye was delicious And our favorite part of the meal. Actually, one of our entrées was amazing! Of course, nothing beats the signature and most favorite soufflé. Thank you 1849 for an incredible first dinner to kick off our vacation!

food was delicious. please get low sodium soy sauce for customers. service was pleasant and speed was good.
