Great tasting ice cream, great location. Service was very, very slow...prices high (even for Hawaii). Be prepared for $10-15 per person.

The ice cream was high quality and had flavors for everyone's taste.

Staid in line with 3 kids for 10 minutes only for the staff to serve somebody else behind us. We had to leave. Very disappointing

I wish I could give this place no stars! The short Asian lady (Filipino) has the worst customer service on island! I asked for a build your own sundae and a dazzler sundae, she KEPT insisting that I get two dazzler sundaes in a very condescending manner. Why wasn’t she letting me order what I wanted? I paid and she walked away too.

If you don’t mind horrible service then this ice cream shop is for you. So disappointed. I’m sorry for the tourist who encounter her, she does not exhibit Aloha at all!!

I am only giving one star because it’s the lowest rating I can give. The staff here was so incredibly rude. We were there on June 2, 2025 and I’ve never been treated as poorly as I was treated. The shorter lady was terrible to us and the party in front of us. She was so rude to the person in front of us, I felt sorry for him. Then she was even worse to us.

Completely disagree with reviews stating poor service. Trainee server was great offered us some samples to try new flavours and gave recommendations. Great ice cream

Ice cream is good but the staff is not

Really professional people! They give you horrible ice cream, and when you complain they try to humiliate you in front of other customers by asking them to try your ice cream :)

Do not waste your money. Rude staff. Cones have paper hot glued to them and the scoops are TINY!!

Went back to speak to the ‘manager’ who just happened to be the rude worker — $42.00 for icecream and her solution was “that’s how the cones come,” and refunded me $2.93.

Told us just to eat the cone to the paper and couldn’t understand what our problem was.

Would NEVER return or recommend this shop to anyone!!!!!

PS. Franchise needs new manager ASAP!!!!!

Saw a lot of negative reviews about staff interactions but I had a great experience, the guy was efficient and got my shake done quickly. I paid $12 for it, which I’m fine with since I specifically wanted this shake but if I didn’t, I would’ve gone somewhere different based on the prices

Very rude staff specifically the Asian lady. We showed up before closing time, but she closed the second she saw us at the door. seems like work avoidance

Very rude staff, we came when it was still open and they stared at us then changed the sign to closed, extremely mean glares

Staff was rude, cone was soggy and stale. We paid a lot for this icecream and the icecream was delicious, but the scoops were small and the cone tasted so stale and the bottom was soggy and I could barely chew it; it was cardboard like - total waiste of money! Also, the Asian lady was so rude and her customer service skills were horrible - She seemed miserable! Totally not the Hawaiian welcome we have gotten nearly EVERYWHERE else. You’re better off going to McDonald a block away.

Went on 4/14 to get some ice cream thinking it would be a good pace to stop and was I wrong. All staff is extremely rude like they don’t even want you in there. Employees talk while scooping ice cream so you can’t hear them then get angry if your don’t respond. Oh and for 22 dollars for two ice creams got a splash or which cream and no topping like displayed and when asked why there wasn’t hardly and whip cream it’s we charge extra when the cup wasn’t nearly full. This place is a waste of your money and you will be treated poorly just skip it.

Ice cream is good that’s why we still come but the service is very bad! I live nearby the shop and I came few times lately and the lady behind the register is fairly horrible at costumer service. Is clearly that she doesn’t want to be there.
