Just landed and met up with my family before coming here. We were starving and I have to say this place id give mixed reviews due to the service was not accomedating at all. we had to always stand up and walk to the servers to get help. Soup broths were okay and place had a selection of sides showing up on the belt. though at one point the converyor belt seemed like it ran out of items, we then had to go to the fidge at this point.

I haven't eaten hotpot in years because I have a pretty bad intolerance to red meat and this was my first experience back trying it. This place is good for many reasons! It's a small restaurant so it's not very loud which is great for lots of different people and their needs. You order your soup of choice, there are lots of options and different kinds of flavors, and then your choice of meat. There's red meat options and chicken! They have a sauce bar where you can mix together a variety of sauces and garnishes to make your own dipping sauce but they also have some directions above the sauce bar to explain what to mix together to create recommended sauces. Super helpful! Once you're sat back down there's a conveyor belt of all kinds of toppings! Veggies, noodles, some other meats like spam and sausages, and some items on skewers like broccoli, raw shrimp, and beef balls. There is also a fridge next to the sauce bar that is full of containers with items like dumplings, noodles, shellfish, etc. Lots of options!! It's so thoughtful. I wish that they had more vegetarian options for protein! Tofu or beans of some sort. Even a veggie patty or something. I have vegetarian family members/friends and it would be nice if they had something more substantial to eat when we go. I highly recommend this place for everyone!!! I go frequently. It's very satisfying and fairly consistent.

I liked their food and service. All you can eat shabu shabu hot pot with kaiten dishes. Very convenient to pick vegies, seafood, etc. from the kaiten belt rail.

Did the 'all you can eat' individual hot pot. Definitely come hungry as there are plenty of choices between items on the belt and items from the refrigerator. The sauce ar is extensive, so there is a lot of opportunity to experiment.

Came in with my friends for a quick dinner. Service was quick and awesome. The soup was so good, and I love how you can get individual pot or a big one to share. Everything looks very clean and sanitized.

Came in here around 2.30, got seated immediately. Damn great soup, meat, and services. This is way better than shabuya! The servers are always here and asking if we need anything. Music is in perfect volume too.

Found this place while on vacation. Attempted to get to Shabuya but the waitlist was 2 hours. So happy that didn't work out. This place is a hidden gem. Cool set up with the conveyor loaded with veggies, noodles, fish cakes etc. They also have a help your self fridge filled with items I haven't see at other hot pots like beef tendon, beef tripe, raw fish paste. Also loved the variety of broth options which you can mix. Meat quality was also great. Overall, highly recommend.

Food is ok. Service is ok. Price is acceptable. Shabuya is better. Waitress yells at you if you fill up water yourself at fountain...

I decided to try the shabu-shabu spot for our New Year's Eve dinner, and it's perfect for a quick in-and-out experience. The restaurant has both single tables and family tables, offering enough room for any group. The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The place is impressively clean, easily one of the neatest hotpot spots on the island. Just a heads up, they don't serve alcohol, but it's a BYOB setup. Overall, a great choice if you're looking for a clean, friendly, and BYOB-friendly shabu-shabu spotParking: I parked Walmart and walked over

We had dinner at Hawaii Pot. It was my first time there. We had the Tomyum base and the original base. We made different dipping sauces and ordered the All-you-can-eat.The All-you-can-eat came with beef, pork, chicken, and lamb. The add-ons such as gyoza, bean curd, all kinds of noodles and rice cakes. To shrimp, shrimp balls, and sausage. To a bunch of delicious leafy veggies and fungus. We each only had one pot and were stuffed. But we found room for ice cream on the way home.Vegetarian options: There is a conveyor belt moving around the room like in a sushi place. On the conveyor is a multitude of veggi, meat, seafood, and tofu choices to add to your pot.Parking: We went on Sunday afternoon, so the metered street parking was free.Wheelchair accessibility: I did not notice how a wheelchair user could get up the stairs to the door of the restaurant.

Ooo I'm a fan! The conveyor belt style restaurant immediately gave me "less than" expectations, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The assortment of soup additions is vast and fresh. Tons of seafood, meat, and vegetables. There's a fridge with trays of fish balls, prawns, tofu, and more. Honestly, the selection is overwhelming. To say that our meals were satisfying would be an understatement. The individual soup bowls made everyone happy, being able to have their own broth flavor. They even let me combine two broths to make my own flavor. It was excellent! I highly recommend the curry broth for the spice. All of the soup additions are fresh and well-made. It's affordable and service is good. I can't wait to come back!

I had an incredible experience at Hawaii Pot Shabu Shabu. The mushroom soup was rich and flavorful, complementing the extensive selection of all-you-can-eat meats perfectly. The attentive service and vibrant atmosphere made it a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend for shabu shabu enthusiasts!
