I wish I took photos but my iPhone was getting work on at Apple this morning. While waiting, So I walked around the side I don’t really go to by Ocean creations and window shop. While walking around, I discovered Island Brew and decided to have a small coffee and lunch. I got a BLTA, and small iced WM espresso and dine in. I was amazed on how the service is! They have reusable cups (glass) and straws were pretty cool too, wooden boards were used for sandwiches and if you dine in, they walked your food to your table too! It’s a bit more on the pricey side but I absolutely love the atmosphere of this place! Will definitely come back again!

Island Brew Coffee at Ala Moana Shopping Center is an amazing coffee shop location. They have a big menu selection of drinks to offer. The cultural vibe I got while visiting is for college students and Millenials. There are also baked goods and mugs / collectibles available. A lot of seating areas for friends and family If you are interested. You may experience a line and wait for your items, but it is well worth the value. They are located on the second floor near Nordstroms. I highly recommend coming here for your coffee needs. Thank you very much, and God Bless Island Brew Coffeehouse!

I recently visited the Island Brew Coffee House and wanted to share my thoughts! It's a nice place to grab a quick bite or get some work done. However, if you're looking for a brunch spot, it might not be the best choice. There weren't enough tables for my friends and me to sit comfortably, which was a bit disappointing. But hey, their menu has a great variety of food options like turkey sandwiches, pancakes, and waffles. I tried their lavender raspberry tea, and it was delicious! They keep it light on the sugar, which I appreciate. Overall, it's a nice place to grab a quick bite before exploring the mall. Just don't expect a fancy brunch experience. ?️☕️

If you hate bad service don’t ruin your day by stopping here. After many failed attempts to get a decent drink. The coffee is burned and the tea is watered down. But I leave bad reviews because of bad customer service though. This was on 11/2/23 at 9:22am. Almost everyone behind the counter except the girl on the register were rude and need to be fired or retrained. No one has manners here. I asked for a refund and never got it. I got a generic receipt with the refund amount and she tried to keep the tip I left. When I asked why my refund wasn’t on the receipt she replies, “oh you mean your generous tip.” In a sarcastic manner. I specifically asked for the refund because I tipped and wanted to make sure they don’t get a penny from me. People shouldn’t put up with bad customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
