Food is usually good. People at the window are less then friendly, to say the least. Come at night sometimes, lights are on but the person on the speaker say their closed. Says open 24 hours. Unfortunately a lot of homeless hangout around the building. Sitting at drivethru window and guy is pissing at the front corner of the building.

Missing sandwich on my order. Ordered 3 items, only put in the bag two. I only found out after got home. Called the store so many times but no one picked up phone. And I dont like the way associate handling the crumbled receipt to you. One star because they don't know how to pick up the phone.

Jack in the box is jack in the box. Not much to say. Its fast food done fast. The bun on my sourdough jack was barely toasted and it took me back to the days mom would burn a burger and put it on white bread with ketchup and it would get soggy when you picked it up.

Never get my ranch that I pay for when I ubereats. Also who eats the egg rolls with no sweet sour, Soda with no straws. Nevermind I usually don't get my ketchup either
I only come here for the burgers. Love the food. Hate the upsell practices. I ordered the $12 combo meal, which comes with a sandwich, drink, and 2 sides. That's all the sign says. So I order it, and they ask what size I want. I tell them what size does the meal come with. They say whatever I want. So I ask them if it's the same price, they don't answer. Of course I already know if I choose large, it won't be $12. Signs should state what size is included in the price. Not charge you extra because you chose a different size not knowing that it's an upcharge. Could this a class-action against Jack?To top it off, no one in the dining area and all the tables are dirty.UPDATE: Just realized I ordered a cheesecake and never got it!

Just ordered through Uber eats and I get wrong items. I wanted the blended creamaccinos with the whip cream on top. Ugg there frustrating cause they are always making mistakes. I work in a restaurant and on GOD I've made one mistake out of a whole year . And these people make a mistake everyday.
