The security guard is being mean to us. Cant even let us enjoy ourselves PERIODT. Cant even let us ride in the cart. Being bias about us tryna shop in the store and enjoy ourselves. This happened on February 16, 2020 at 4pm at Kamehameha Shopping Center in Oahu.
I NEVER leave bad reviews, but this experience left me so infuriated that I had to. I had never been to this Longs before, but the instant I walked into the store, the security officer (pictured) started following me around. I tried notifying a store clerk of this, but as I did, she walked by saying, "You have the same skin color and hair as someone who had stolen from here before." She was racially profiling me, and she wouldn't stop following me around. I was furious...read full review

It's such a hit and miss with the pharmacy. Came to get meds and they were not ready though I receive texts that they were awaiting pick up. Gerald the pharmacist were not as helpful. He wanted me to go back into the line that was 10 people long. How inefficient!!! Any ideas on where else to go for good care?
