We stopped by earlier today, grabbed the salmon and seaweed, spam musubi. The lady at the counter was nice and friendly she recommended I try the regular spam musubi. The reason I am giving it a low star is because we both ended up having bad stomach ache. We hadn’t had anything else since then, maybe we picked the bad ones.

This place was great to grab a snack or breakfast of musubi, got the karaage, spicy chicken musubi, black pepper spam with cheese musubi, and bacon egg with spam musubi, saved a couple in the fridge for the next day and they were still good. The store is itty bitty but the woman inside was very nice and organized! She fit a ton of types of musubi in that small space to choose from.

awesome hole-in-the-wall esque musubi. very reasonable prices for the amount of food, queue moves quickly given that there is only one person at the cashier. you don’t get a lot of time inside the shop itself before checking out so know what you want to grab beforehand, otherwise you’ll have to scramble a bit.
tried the regular musubi, the ebi tempura musubi, and a salmon onigiri. the musubis were much better than the onigiris

Great choice for breakfast. The simple musubi with egg and spam are my go to. I’ve tried many of the others but while they are delicious, there’s a lot going on for my tastes. If you’re about to go on some hikes, this makes excellent snacks on the trail. Just remember to take the plastic wrapping with you.
The cutest hole in the wall shop and the musubi is so good. Staff is really kind and we already got more to have for later. We plan to come here more often for sure

Really we want to rate this shop a 4.5 and only because by the time we were able to go, there weren’t many options left and weren’t as fresh (hot).
Still, very yummy snacks, very cute souvenirs and merch, and very nice staff assisting. Stop inside!!!
