This pandas gets pretty busy at dinner time. I'm writing this review on my last experience here. I went with my mom and she had a coupon through the app so we just tried to confirm with them that it would be valid. The employee asked another lady who I guess was maybe the manager or supervisor and she had that she would help us once she was done with what she was doing. Then she proceeded to pull us out of the line to ask us more about the coupon and then told us ok. I don't know what the reason was for pulling us out of the line as no other customers needed up passing us and we had already ordered the starches for the plates. The portions for everything seems to be getting smaller and smaller every time I go.

Place is clean. Staff is efficient and polite for a Chinese place. Lol. Not the best but good enough for a quick fix. My daughter loves the flavor of the chow fun.
Lots of parking at the shopping center. Always fast service and hot food ready to go. Sometimes the orange chicken is crispy and bright, other times it kinda can feel soggy, so try at your risk. Everything else usually looks like it is just made and looking fresh.

The food is always fresh, hot and they have a great selection. Sadly they only get 3 stars today because I just found out they discontinued the Hot and Sour soup!!! Oh the humanity of it all! I don't think I can ever go back now. It was the most delicious, tasteful, harmony of tofu, mushrooms, egg drop, and other ingredients combined to make it amazing! It's gone forever! My life will never be the same.

My review is for the staff. Heidi one of the managers at this location was very professional and helpful this evening. Our order was accidentally messed up due to a staffing issue and Heidi went above and beyond to make it right. Really appreciate the help and aloha provided by her when I was a little frustrated.

Really unhappy last visit despite multiple times being here, having had ordered online thru the Panda Express app.They forgot to check on my online order last week, so it was about luckily only 5 minutes later than my expected time but I still had to witness the employees ignore the order board and serve other customers.I wouldn't have been mad if they didn't ignore the online board when there was a break of zero customers in line. I got mad after the team didn't do a price adjustment when I asked for a different price of the soda and the employee I talked to last (older Asian lady as cashier) was trying to rush me away. Really disappointed and annoyed that day.Portions are smaller than other Panda locations like Kailua Shopping Center, Ala Moana Center,etc.

I enjoy visiting Panda express and was in the mood for a big meal after a busy morning, but I have to be honest with this review: the food during my visit was very disappointing.I ordered the Plate meal which comes with 1 side - I chose the chow mein, and 2 entrees - I chose orange chicken and a honey chicken dish (I can't remember the exact name).All of the food that I had really lacked flavour and was very bland, which was not what I was expecting. Perhaps the food had been sitting out for some time but the sauce over the chicken dishes just had no flavour at all, not even the honey chicken which I would have thought would have some sweet flavour. Same for the chow mein, it needed more soy sauce or something to give it some flavour.To give credit where it is due, the staff were very friendly and I noticed that they were proactive at cleaning the restaurant so an extra star for that.I'd love to re-review and hopefully get them on a good day or when the food is fresh.Parking: There is a parking lot available.

Great location ?. Take the food to go and go outside by the pier (only 20 ft away) and eat there. Sometimes they have performances right outside , if you are lucky!
The staff’s service was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. While I was dining in I witnessed a diner who was being extremely rude and unreasonable. She wanted a small portion of stir fry broccoli without the other vegetables. The staff was accommodating and had the cook make it for her right away. She took a few bites and complained that it was too hard. The staff immediately notified the cook and he was going to cook it more for her. Within a minute, she started raising her voice, complaining that it was taking too long and she wanted her money back. Every staff that dealt with her was so nice- honestly, they had every right to tell her to get lost. It was frustrating to watch what they had to put up with, but they did it gracefully. I hope they see this and know they are appreciated!The food was also good! What I would expect from a fast food Chinese joint.

I definitely love eating Panda express. We happened to be in the neighborhood and hubby got us all kids meals..I got half and half. I got fried rice and thick chow fun noodles. My main course was mushroom chicken which is my favorite dish here. This was delicious. Ordering was quick and easy. There's a Coke fountain drink station. I'm a major coke fan mostly diet coke or coke zero but I saw mango fruit black tea which was delicious and wasn't too sweet. Plenty of tables inside to sit and a single restroom in the back..Parking is up front. I definitely would come back here if in the area..

#Grateful Tim & Kahi they were doing an awesome job luckily I showed up when timing was perfect right before the dinner rush you will not be disappointed with this location close to Costco tonight they are having live music with dancing on the stage Outback next to the harbor outdoor tables right on the water one of the secrets of the island I've been here over 3 years and tonight was my first time experiencing it I'm never leaving Paradise always discovering new things I think Island fever is for someone that will not be happy anywhere Mahalo forever
