The panini changed my life. It may have been 10 years ago, but I think it often. Please come back.

Great place to grab a fast handmade sandwich the way you want it made. It would also be a great place to purchase those sandwiches for your outbound airlines flight and beat the high price at the airport.

less of a panini and more of a warm sandwich. So dry, they don't butter or oil the bread and the it was so dry I could barley swallow. They aunties at the counter were nice though.

I had the Salad Combo w/Turkey Pesto Panini for lunch today. Everything was really good! The focaccia bread was soft, airy & toasted; I could taste the pesto & cheese. (Yum!) I just wish there was one more slice of turkey, then maybe every bite I would've tasted turkey, instead just some bites. And all the vegetables in my salads were really fresh. The service was good & accommodating. Pretty good deal: half a sandwich, your choice of 2 salads (I was surprised when the server asked me to choose 2, I thought it only came w/1), plus your choice of a drink (full-size bottle or can), all for $13. I would recommend this place & go there again!

I went here today and ordered a roasted turkey sandwich and I was disappointed. I only had one piece of meat with 5 pieces of lettuce.

Came here for lunch & ordered a turkey pesto sandwich along with a ceasar salad. Dont get me wrong, the texture was super yummy because the bread was soft and warm and the pesto was yummy! my only disappointment was the turkey. it was super thin almost as if it wasnt there :( all i could taste was bread, cheese & pesto. the picture didnt look like that so that was definitely disappointing. the salad was good, and they give alot for a large. you can choose between a large sandwich or a small, the large is good for sharing while the small is best for a single person. kind of pricey. a sandwich is $6-7 and a meal is $8 something. i dont think that was worth it based on how they made my sandwich. they sell healthy sandwiches & salads to choose from. located in the middle of the ala moana food court in front of zagu.

Not impressed. The pasta salad is literally pasta drowning in dressing, nothing else, the tomato salad is tomatoes drowning in dressing, and the sandwich was two slices of overly processed turkey folded in half with a piece of romaine leaf on it.

I wanted a snack and decided to get a hot dog ($3.99) at the mall and added sauerkraut ($0.75). I was so impressed I did not end up with food poisoning. The hot dog was room temperature when it was served and the sauerkraut is cold (expected). I was concern that I was going to get sick after taking a bit of the hot dog. The person preparing the food should have warmed up the hot dog longer and turn the grill on. I waited for my food and it took awhile while I watched the person make my food but the panini grill definitely was not hot enough to reheat any food.

Over priced; horrible customer service; and a pre made cold panini. Better off heading over to another business in the food court. We took one bite of the cold over-priced panini and wanted a refund. The woman made us wait for the other coworker to come back from shopping and they began to speak in a foreign language which came off as talking stink about us. They gave us half a refund, for taking one bite of a sandwich! You can't keep a business running with terrible customer service.

Very empty sandwich for price. I think either put more food in or lower price. This is the veggies delight. The photo on the board is very misleading which is annoying.

Disgusting it looked like they sprayed a whole can of Pam on it. It was burnt. The turkey was spongey. My friend described the taste similar to scoobey snack that you get when smoking out of a bowl.

Pastrami was really tough. Sandwiches are pre-made then put on the grill. Many other places in the court that are better. If you want something small this would be one of the only places.

Me: excuse me, would it be possible to get a panini w/ just cheese for my little girl? Older woman cashier: no we don't do that, we don't have bread. Me: oh ok, not making sandwiches today? Older woman cashier: no we have sandwiches. What you want? Me: *thinks to myself let's try a different approach* Me: awesome, can I have a ham and cheese panini with no ham please? I'll pay whatever. Older cashier woman: no no can't do that, sandwich come like that, cannot change. Me: but you have bread and cheese right? Older woman cashier: yeah Me: ?????
