I'm really going to miss this place..So sorry to see yet another local business close--great sandwiches, soups & salads, friendly staff. Aloha & Mahalo!

I come here every time my wife and I go to Ala Moana. The grilled veggie sandwich is AMAZING and the prices are decent, the amount of food you get is very generous, and the employees are sweethearts! Always serving with a smile!

Great healthy choices at very reasonable prices along with fantastic super friendly service, definitely recommend this place especially if you are looking for something fresh and not deep fried

It's a good place to go if your in a rush, so as you don't order anything more complex than a Turkey sandwich. The food quality is poor, take your money elsewhere to one of the many other food establishments within the food court.

The bread is fantastic the rest is just ok. They are very stingy with the middle part of the sandwich. Prices are high for a sandwich but would be acceptable qif they actually put some meat, cheese and condiments on the bread. Subway would be better and I hate Subway.

I haven't been here in a few years and I guess I've realized again why. Spent 12.00 on a steak plate to get one slim slice of meat that isn't seasoned and an enormous amount of rice. I'd recommend not getting any of the plate options. Girlfriend likes the sandwiches so I suppose those are all right. Thumbs down for me overall.

Order a Steak with a all caeser salad and no rice. I got my big slab of steal on top of the salad. I asked for the Teriyaki sauce on the side. But the "Steak" was sooo plain and it didn't taste like steak. Dressing was watery with no flavor, croutons were stale... the steak tasted gross. Ughhh it was terrible.

Really good sandwiches! If they were a little nicer or tried to smile once in a while I would tip them

I absolutely couldn't believe the lack of customer service here! My three young children had ice cream with waffle fish that was slowly melting, from another nearby ice cream shop. While in line at Paradise Cafe for the adults, we simply asked for three napkins for the kids whose ice cream was about to melt onto the floor. They told us to go back to that ice cream shop and get some from them. They then tore ONE small piece of paper towel in half and handed it to us. Needless to say, we completely lost interest in ordering from them and went elsewhere. If they can't simply supply three measly napkins, what else are they going to skimp on if we order from them? HORRIBLE DISPLAY OF HAWAIIAN HOSPITALITY FOR OUR OUT-OF-TOWN GUESTS!

I like their soup bread bowls! Few places do soup in a bread. I like their sandwiches but I think its pricy for what it is.. I like the minestrone soup in the bread. The bread they use had some herbs and garlic flavor which is nice. I think they microwave the bread wrapped in saran wrap so it gets heated and soft. I also like the taste of the small brownie cookie they give complementary. Very chocolate fudge tasting. Don't really care for the 'salad bar' which consist of several diff pasta salads and come vegetable salads and a fruit salad. They have combos so you can choose soup/salad or sandwhich/soup etc.. Service is fine I just don't think a lot of their stuff is that great for the price.

I love sandwiches and this is one of my favorite sandwich spots! ...they would always give you a random cookie with your meal which is great marketing cause you'd end up ordering a bag of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies as well. It's such a simple sandwich, but the turkey bacon avocado always hits the spot. Thy are located in the bustling food court in the newly renovated Ala Moana mall. You have tons of parking and if your in a group, everyone else has tons of food places to choose from in the food court. The next time you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by.

I've always wanted to try this place and I finally had the chance too. They have a lot of options to choose from. From their bakery, to soups, salads, and sandwiches plus so much more. Today I chose the sandwich and salad combo. The sandwich was surprisingly good. The bread is fresh and makes the whole meal. The salad was good as well. I'm eager to come back and try the baked potato next!

Great selection of freshly made sandwiches if you want something a bit less spicy for lunch Good selection of very fresh croissants and other cakes and cookies as well Enjoy

It's just "ai-ight." It is a food option for those on keto. I ordered the steak plate with all tossed salad. For the price it was just a little bit of tossed salad, and a thinly sliced piece of what appeared to be sirlon top round or some kind of very lean, tough steak that was overcooked and under seasoned. If you're desperate for choices it will do, but I'd look elsewhere.
