6:50 Pm on a Monday. 2 eldery chinese/Japanese/ or Korean people in the front. One man and one woman. Like I said they're old so the line is moving VERY SLOW for Subway. The whole business model is that they make it somewhat fast.The old lady is manning the register and only that. The old man is making the sandwiches, toasting the breads, and finishing the sandwiches. The model is supposed to be: 1 person making the sandwich and toasting what needs to be. While the 2nd person finishes the sandwiches and then rings them up so the 1st person can get the order and toast.This was not the process tonight... she's just watching him make all the sandwiches and do everything for every customer. There was about 5 people ahead of me. Whole experience ended up being about 20-25 for a subway sandwich Be nice if companies in Hawaii followed the protocol instead of doing their own thing. It hurts the franchise and makes the business look WHACK"Lucky we live Hawaii" huh ?

Got the footlong steak & 6 inch turkey bacon. Kids loved it.I really appreciate how friendly and attentive the people who are putting our sandwiches together do it with care and don't slop-on the toppings like, at other locations where I've unfortunately had my sandwich rudely slopped together so I'd open it up to a messy all over the place mess.Because of their cheer, attentiveness, and expertise in putting it all together so neat but fully packed, it's no surprise toy family that Salt lake shopping center Subway is my favorite and go to.As far as I recall there's been a peaceful easy feeling of a family kitchen. I remember when they recognized and remembered my daughter, who'd routinely ask for cheese, when she was 3, and they'd cheerfully hand her a slice, and she'd happily munch away as I'd order. That goes to show the way they treat regulars as well as first time customers like family's. My daughter is 20 now. Still orders the same thing, and they remember! Those are some great people over there at Subway, Salt lake shopping center.

I was delivering to a food place right next door to this subway on June 30th. It was after hours, so Subway was CLOSED, and the man working the night shift comes outside with a hammer making threats for me not to park there in my moped. I explained to him that I am just doing food deliveries and that I'm just running in to pick up the food. He tried to lure me into the subway to "fight" and continued to threaten me. These are not the type of people you want making your food. I will be sending this to corporate!

Only one worker, older Korean lady. Sweet lady, working all by herself. Anyone/Everyone, pls be patient. She does make a good sandwich and working hard doing everything herself including cashiering out. I feel bad if anything happens to her as she is the only one there working.
This is the only Subway my husband and I visit! The owners and staff are so kind. There's NO skimping on any of the ingredients. Everything is always very fresh and you're always greeted with a smile coming and going.Parking: Free 20 min parking if you want to pick up meal to go.

THE BEST SUBWAY, on island! The service is friendly, the establishment is clean, and the subs are consistent. I drive an extra half mile further from the nearest location to me, to give them my business. Parking might be a bit of a hassle in Samsung plaza and they might be pretty busy, depending on the time of day. Ordering ahead might be a good idea.
