I came by and didn't get any vibe on a welcome in the boba store. I asked for strawberry popping boba and the 2 young lady workers said they didn't have any even though they were looking at each other, i think it's a lie to say even though there was and feels like your saving it for yourself. I am upset and never coming back for awhile. The owner is really amazing but his worker is just greedy to save it for themselves. I would just rather go to Lani Tea since they don't do that kind of stuff saving the leftover for them.

My daughter loves purple so just the color of the store warrants 5 stars. Nonetheless, bubble tea was tasty and leans more full on dessert. Nonetheless great place for evening boba fix. Sat outside and saw a pretty sunset. Great customer service from gentleman behind the counter. Stop by, you won’t regret it!

The boba balls were rock hard. It was like trying to chew on concrete. The milk tea had no flavor, tasted like plain milk. For $15 on 2 drinks it went straight into the trash. Sad

I must change my review, I had a small issue with swirl tea, and management swiftly and more than fairly fixed my issue. I cannot praise the team here at swirl tea enough very happy with the service and the drinks. I recommend the boba its the best here.

I love their very fresh soft and delicious boba. Their Thai tea soft serve is incredible. I liked the honey flavored boba. We will definitely be coming back while we are visiting Kona.
Paid $11 for a small chocolate milk. Ordered the chocolate special milkshake- They ran out of whipped cream, so didn't put it or the toppings on either, no icecream. It was ice, chocolate and milk blended and 2/3full in a cup. I watched them make it .Waited 25min with no one in line- It has potential but I don't think the employees cared that much.
