Mine was okay, it had a bit of a freezer taste, my husband got an affogato and it tasted like dish soap, don’t think they rinsed the coffee container out well- also not espresso, just weak cold brew

I have tried to get ice cream here 5 times and every time it is a bad experience. Their flavors are so bizarre I have asked for vanilla 4 of the 5 times and they are all out. 3 of my 5 visits I wanted a root beer float again no vanilla and also no root beer. You would think in an area where a lot of families visit you would have one or two plain ice creams for the kids or adults that don’t like different flavors. Even worse than the bad flavors are the people working there. They are rude, move insanely slow and have no people skills.

Feom my 11 year old son: "It had a very nice and organized check out, I got my ice cream very fast and the ice cream was delicious. I got the strawberry and blueberry mixed with crushed cookies"

Ice cream is ok. Not a lot to choose from. Which is fine…. However if there could be a couple every day flavors on the menu for those who like “just plain vanilla” that would be great! The service was horrible. If you’re standing in line to get one scoop of ice cream that costs almost $6.00 at least have personable people working behind the counter.

The last time I had their ice cream was at their H Mart location. This ice cream is a real treat, it is so creamy and has such unique flavors. I usually get black sesame or honeydew but my new favorite is the earl gray ice cream, it was soooo good! Service was quick, super friendly workers and lots of space to sit down at the counter in the shop as well as seating outside. Store was very clean which is always a plus for me!

Ice cream was okay, asked for 1 scoop and waffle cone and it was over $10. I think they charged me for two scoops even though I asked for 1. I still left a tip. My 8 yr old asked for a cup of water and they turned her away saying she needed to pay for it even though she had her $10+dollar ice in hand. I would stay away from here, they only had 6 out 10 odd flavors, available, were out of coco cones and aren't very friendly. Go to the ABC market for good gelato next door. I doubt this place will be in business for long if they keep giving poor customer service. We won't be returning.

Great ice cream for great prices! Very unique flavors but there is typically something for everyone. Creamy and delicious, they do let you sample flavors as well which is always awesome! Tables could always use a quick wipe down, especially the ones outdoor but I won't blame them for staying busy enough indoors that it's difficult to get outside and make sure things are clean when there is typically only one employee working. TIPS & TRICKS: * Park at Ko'Olina beaches across the street and take a nice walk over here, everything is within walking distance and it's fun to see the rest of the little shops.

Hand down the best ice cream shop to visit! Absolutely loved the ube cookie flavor and the red velvet!
Customers beware! I ordered a double scoop and grabbed a bottle of water. As I pushed the water to the cashier to ring it up, I noticed the cap seal had been opened. All the little plastic ticks that secure the cap were snapped clear. I told the young gal I'd like another bottle of water and she grabbed it, looked at it and said "it's fine." I reiterated the seal has been broken and I don't want that one. She rolled her eyes and said "there's nothing wrong with it, the water in at the top." Then she set it aside with the mannerism she would be putting oit back in the case. I was then handed the cup of ice cream they were "out of cones" they said. It was a soupy mess. I could have poured some 'ice cream' out as it was like a melted shake. Both our ice creams were the same. While I would have enjoyed eating ice cream, I think the "we're out of cones" was also a result of serving mushy ice cream. The flavor was nice but eating it was a 'hurry before it's completely melted' event. Poor service, horrible customer service and soupy ice cream - expensive ice cream at that, tells me I'll be going elsewhere next time and others should weigh the options at the market a couple of doors down.

This is an odd place. There are a handful of tables inside and outside for customers. The menu selection is extremely limited and they were out of several items which limited the selection even more. This is not a good place if you are looking for flavor variety. The employees were friendly and the ice cream that was available was delicious.

Little yummy place! Right next to Monkeypod Kitchen. We decided on post dinner dessert. As you'll see in my menu photo the flavors are unique and fun. I had the Salted Carmel, my granddaughter had Unicorn poop!! Some got S'more! All loved the ice Cream. Great service too ladies!! Thank you!! Mahalo!

Small shop with some chairs and tables outside (all of which were sticky). We got the black sesame and mochi mama, both were very sweet; the black sesame a little bit less so than the mochi mama but still sweet nonetheless. Both were good at first, but about halfway through it got a little too tiring and heavy to eat. Overall, good to try! But with the total coming out to $10, I probably wouldn't go again.

Sold out of cones ice cream was literally melted and warm when it was served to us, staff was uninformative and unfriendly when it came to us asking about flavors. Zero personality ice cream was bleh, coldstone for the win. This place was extremely disappointing
