It was a nice hotel in Kapolei which was convenient for my work trip. The breakfast and evening reception made it a great value considering it’s not something I see in Hawaii. Staff was nice and helpful too.

Great, quiet hotel. The convenient location close to the highway allows access to all beaches on the island. Safe parking also on the street. Delicious breakfasts and 2 evening drinks and snacks included in the price of your stay when booking via the hotel website. Exemplary cleanliness and service. Expensive for what you get. They even charge $0.40 for a fork for your room. But for over $300 a night should allow you some access to amenities that state-side are free and normal. This is not a tourist area, so the gouging seems a bit excessive. The rooms are small, unlike embassy suites stateside, but are expected to be. They are clean and acceptable.

This was a beautiful stay. I pcs and had to live in a hotel. The staff and crew were super nice to my son and I. They served free hot breakfast and they made omelets. My son loved the omelets. The cleaners were so nice to my son all the time. We stayed in a two queen size room. I definitely enjoyed my stay. They even gave me two free drinks every evening. I’ve included a few plates of food i ate. I’m pescatarian, so no meat other than seafood for me.Safety: Nice neighborhood.Food & drinks: I posted some plates. 7/11 is walking distance along with raising canes

The hotel is ok if it were listed as a three star, but it’s in no way a four star. It’s a cookie cutter 3 star masquerading as a four star. Room smelled like dirty socks and still had dirty towels hanging up and on the floor in the bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty and smelled like mildew. Part of a cleaning persons glove was in the sheets. Only reason this isn’t 1 star is the employees were nice and helpful. Oh and they don’t give you all of your diamond benefits because it’s franchised or something. If you’re going to spend four star money, go stay at a real four star hotel.

Stayed for only one night because our hotel wasn't ready on a different island. The service was excellent. But 436.00 for one night was ridiculous not to mention 35.00 for parking on the hotel lot.
Good size rooms, but house keeping is a bit slack.

Shanelle at the Front Desk had excellent service. Greg the bartender at the nightly reception also had excellent service. The hotel is very nice. I was able to check in to my room 2 hrs early. Toilet had dried up urine going down the bowl of the toilet. I alerted Housekeeping and they promptly came up and re cleaned the toilet. The room was comfy and clean besides the batbroom. No one had swept under the vanity or on the sides of it so i could see dust and things uder the vanity as well on the sides. I took a lysol wipe and got on my kness and wiped the floor on the side of the vanity and the wipe was covered in dirt. So i do think housekeeping needs to pay a little bit more attention to detail. Besides those small things hotel was amazing!If you are going to hotel for the pool make sure to call the FD to verify the pool is operational. Pool was out of order the first night of our stay. This is the best smelling hotel i have stayed at they do use diffusers to influence the smell which is amazing so would most likely stay at thia hotel again. :)

Had a very nice stay here. Everyone that works here was very nice that we encountered. We had a 2 queen bed suite. The wooden divider between the sofa and beds should be removed. It made that area tight and hard to get in and out of bed...one star off.They have free breakfast buffet with fresh made omelets along with alot of other things to choose from. We had it one day out of our stay and it kept us filled thru the day. Also free 2 drink happy hour down in their bar. Parking is not free. Make sure to ask for kamaaina discount, it makes a big difference. I would definitely stay here again, especially if we get a dog as it's a pet friendly hotel. Always smelled clean in the halls and lobby every time we headed out. 5 minutes from Ka Makana Alii.
