Great place! Just go there. Don't think about it. Just go. Enjoy some hot pot in a very down to earth chill place. No rush. Take your time and enjoy AYCE! I've been there 3 to 4 times. I will visit them again before I leave the island.

I went here a couple times with my brother, it's my favorite spot for hot pot. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, always checks if everything is ok or do we need more meats. Definitely go back!!!

The hotpot here is always good, ingredients are very fresh. A lot different soup base options and you could even adjust sauces. The service is also super nice, they often ask if we need anything. I enjoyed this hotpot place and definitely will come back again.

This is our go to shabu shabu place on West side. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh, has great variety, and all the bases I have tried taste delicious. It makes it hard to choose.

Hawaii Pot House is a great and affordable place to eat. The staff are very friendly, very nice! They make sure you're content when you're eating! The inside is nice, it has a privacy wall when you eat when in the middle column of the restaurant. (P.S Xinlan He is , the best server)

We've eaten here before and have had better service. When we first walked in, there was no one in the front. They weren't busy only 3 tables were filled with diners. A person came and asked us how many, we told her and followed her. She dropped the menus off at table and disappeared. She came back and took our order. We asked for a diet soda and rice, which we had to ask for again after we got our meal. It honestly felt like we were disturbing her, because she looked annoyed that she had to do her job. We asked for a couple other little things from "hopeless" that we never got. The only helpful person was the gentleman that was working. "Hopeless" ruined our dining experience with her sour face and lack of attention. Probably won't be back for awhile.
This place is very cramped, there are way too many tables and people sitting on top of each other. Going to the sauce bar or the restroom is like going through a maze of tables and worse people standing everywhere. I was practically a part of the table next to me and their conversation. Made it uncomfortable and hard to enjoy my meal. We ordered chicken wings for appetizer. Chicken wings came out raw, we requested them to cook it more - it was still bleeding. She brought it to the back and came back to let us know that they cooked it for 10 whole minutes and the bleeding is normal. They recooked it and it came out as we were finishing up our meal. The overall experience was enough to make this my last visit here.

Price and food was good. Service, not so much on that day. Gotten busy after we seated and not even once have we been checked on if needed anything other than what we can grab ourselves. Tried getting attention for drinks but never gotten the service needed.

Love the food here! The staff is friendly. Never had a problem with food or staff. The only issue is the price went up recently. I asked for a military discount, which was great. When I swiped my card to pay, it said I had rewards from my other visits, so I applied it as well. The lady at the register made a comment about them "not allowed to do more than one discount". It seemed a little sassy to worry about a $5 difference that just took off the tax from my restaurant rewards. But other than that, great food.
