We stopped in twice for hot and cold lattes including a Hawaiian and a coconut. Service was helpful, pleasant and quick. Having a casual chat is always a nice thing. The cafe is right off the lobby so it's on the second level. Seating with a nice overlook view is right outside. A great place to take a break when walking around.

During the last week I went to Hawai with my family and could feel how amazing is the combination of aloha spirit with four seasons experience. Amazing hotel, service, food, beach, pool and entertainment. I really recommend Four Seasons to enjoy remarkable moments with your loved ones.

Loved every minute of being at the Four Seasons ko’olina. Food, property and staff are truly exceptional in all respects. Would highly recommend this resort of you want to get away from the tourist areas from Waikiki. Peaceful and beautiful would be description of the overall experience.

My niece and I stayed here as mental health therapy after having lost my mother and a few weeks later her mother six months earlier. I wanted to celebrate a milestone birthday as well. The staff really make this property a lovely experience. It’s all those little things that you might not think of that make your stay special. Being in this area you really get the feel of a quiet resort as opposed to downtown Honolulu. The FS app makes communication with staff super convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet here. Being vegan it’s often hard to find food but this buffet was great. We had a problem with the shower faucet and a repairman was up in a couple minutes. Probably my only complaint is the louvered doors in the bathroom. I don’t want to hear what others are doing. The main pool is comfortably warm. Beach activities easily accessible. Adult pool a nice break from the families. Exercise rooms were clean and outfitted well. Valets were super, making suggestions and offering their insights to make our adventures fun. Concierge was super too! This is definitely a property I would return to.

They claim to be open to the public but they are not. I was very rudely turned away from service. I live on island and stay with the four seasons often, very disappointed in the customer service.

We just completed a two night stay at the Four Seasons. The service and accommodations were outstanding. The entire team go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful experience. We will definitely return.

It's hard to describe just how amazing this hotel is. I wish we had more time there honestly. The Staff was above and beyond fantastic. The food, top-notch. As for the beach and pool area, you just can't beat it. Private and luxurious. Though we got moved from the hotel the last 2 nights of our honeymoon due to google taking over the entire hotel, they more than made it up to us and we don't hold any ill will. We can't wait to come back. This hotel is a no-brainer!!

We checked in at 9 am & thankfully they had the room ready for us. The hotel is based on mostly relaxing purposes. Yes there were kids around but if you would like to be in a quieter set up you can use the adult pool. That made our trip worth to Ko Olina. Staff is amazing and the food and cocktails were very delicious by the beach & pool area. The shuttle service to the nearest shops was great since it rained most of the time. My only expectation from this hotel is to add a bit of a night time hang out place.

Very expensive but not that special, exclusive or luxurious. More like a large resort experience, rather like a cruise ship on land. Beautiful setting, lots of activities and amenities, captive dining choices, but we felt like we were just two out of 5, 000 passengers. Extremely comfortable, well appointed room. Excellent fitness facilities. Some excellent personnel.

We wanted to stay somewhere nice on this side of Oahu, away from Waikiki. We found the Four Seasons on Platinum Amex's Fine Hotels & Resorts site and, even though the nightly rate was a bit of a gulp, we decide to splurge and try it for a one night stay. We ended up having a wonderful experience. We booked a partial ocean view room but were very happy at check in to be upgraded to an ocean front room on a high floor. The room faced west so we were able to take in a gorgeous sunset. The large balcony/lanai had comfortable seating and allowed us to look at a couple of different coves which showed beautiful water colors. We also saw a whale in the distance from our lanai. The room itself was fairly spacious and well furnished. It had a large bathroom, with separate tub and shower, dual sinks, etc. See my photos. While we only booked a one-night stay, we took full advantage of the 4 pm late check out that comes guaranteed with the FHR program. Since a full breakfast was also included under FHR, we used our $100 credit for a nice lunch and tropical drinks on the beach. The pool areas were also beautiful although it can get crowded at times. I liked the convenience of cold water stations and sunscreen in pumps available both at the pool areas and at the beach. Some reviewers complained about families with kids on the beach from the next door Disney resort but I didn't find this to be a problem. The beach right in front of the Four Seasons was fairly quiet. I was hoping there would be snorkeling from the beach but the water was too cloudy to see much. We found the pricing for the restaurants at the resort to be acceptable for a luxury resort, at least at breakfast and lunch. For dinner, we used UberEats to order delivery from a local Kapolei restaurant and had a great meal on our lanai. This was a game changer for us, first time we'd ever tried this. We met the UberEats driver at the valet parking drop off at the hotel's front entrance. The valet guys seemed envious at our order. Doing this allowed us to stay in a luxury hotel without having to pay a premium for dinner at the resort. What usually distinguishes a four from a five-star property is the level of service and this resort lives up to its reputation. Every employee--from valet men, bell employees, front desk, housekeeping, waiters, guys at the beach--were uniformly polite, cheerful and helpful. This was an experiment that went well. We plan to return someday for a longer stay.
Truly Amazing. For value and service FS Ko Olina is one of my favorite FS locations worldwide (I have stayed at many in Europe, Asia, Africa and the US including all of the Hawaii locations except Maui). It is such a lovely combination of focus on adults (the adult pool is amazing) and focus on kids. We had 3 kids of varying ages in the kids club and it was magical for them. They allowed our outside childcare to seamlessly care for them while providing lots of stimulus. Food is great. Reasonably central location. Staff goes above and beyond regularly and just generally seem happy you are there. It just has a chill, fun vibe to it and wonderful service. We have stayed multiple times and truly have no notable complaints. On our last visit we stayed it a room with a gorgeous outdoor space with a hot tub which was SO nice.

Albeit a short trip, the stay was fabulous. Upon arrival, the team was cordial and inviting. At check in the team extended an upgrade. Given this was a work trip most of the time was spent in the room, but the room service and communication with the team via the Four Seasons app and chat was fabulous. Had a cozy, comfortable and fabulous stay! Great resort - even better people.

Fifteen years ago we spent our honeymoon at the FS on Maui. We couldn’t afford more than the cheapest room. The hotel was pretty full, yet we were upgraded to a fabulous direct oceanfront room. The whole stay was unforgettable. We have celebrated our anniversary since then at the FS Maui, but this year we are staying at the FS Oahu. We don’t need unforgettable any more, just super-relaxing in Paradise. So far, it looks like it’s going to be even better than super-relaxing! I needed to call the concierge a couple of times, and got all of the information I needed, and more. Most important, my special needs were accommodated graciously and swiftly. Then another hotel staff member reached out to us with helpful suggestions. We will be there for eight days and I will post a full review. We are then moving to the nearby Aulani - with grandchildren - for a week. You may be interested in a comparison of the two hotels, and I’ll post that too.

A good first impression could work wonder. Cameran checked us in, and we have a wonderful experience, he’s very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the hotel. He gave us some tips that’s very helpful. He recognized our loyalty to the hotel, and make us feel so comfortable. The warmth welcome the staff and him made a big difference. Thank you Four Seasons for the memorable and wonderful experience. We will come back.

First of all, Cameran at the front desk was wonderful - he was friendly, very efficient and really focused on the guest experience. The resort is beautifully maintained and food was excellent. We received an upgrade on our room and it was excellent! We had some issues with a rental car we rented via the hotel which resulted in us missing some activities for one day; however, the hotel manager did everything he can to ensure the rest of our stay was wonderful and we got to do the day trips we originally planned.
