3/28/24: Update...OMG IVC is gone! Iheard this happen awhile ago! Sadness! I guess it's back to Starbucks...which is fine but not the same when you're vacationing on the islands!Took the whole family here while on vacation at the Aulani. As an avid Starbucks patron I have to give this place maximum props. The coffee and the atmosphere are awesome and if I had one of these has my local coffee watering hole I may have to leave Starbucks. The breakfast sandwiches and the acai bowls with fruit are awesome and such a great change of pace from the typical Starbucks offerings. If you like coffee and you're visiting the Aulani for the Four Seasons then you have to go to the Island Vintage Coffee shop.

Google Maps says this place is at the Denny’s location. But they’re across Crumbl. Was in line at about 0845, and there was a line. The waiting and ordering, up until we got our food took about 30 min. So you order first, they give you a number and then you pick a table.I got my fave, the peanut butter, mango and honey sandwich on cranberry and walnut bread. Also comes with a side spring salad, topped with pistachios and their balsamic vinaigrette dressing! Super delicious! My friend got the mushroom brioche - also delicious! It’s like a mushroom omelette with cheese and pesto! We didn’t get drink this time, but their island latte, frozen Kona mocha and island taro drinks are so good! The guys severing and cleaning are super warm and nice! After walking around a bit, we came back for shave ice! They do have a separate entrance on the outside, but the inside is connected to the coffee side.Flavor was on point, but majority of the ice melted which created a soup around vanilla ice cream. We got the Heavenly Lilikoi which is half passionfruit, half strawberry with fresh strawberry and mochi.

I’m only giving this a 4 because of the pricing and ordering process. I think we were surprised by how much everything cost, and it did take a while to order. Other than that, everything else was great! The food was ono, the service was friendly and relatively quick, and the atmosphere was nice.To order, there is one line and you order at the barista bar with a menu there and at the front. The font is pretty small so we ended up taking a picture of the menu while we waited in line to figure out what we wanted. When we arrived, the line was probably about 15-20 people deep. Once you order, they give you a number and then you seat yourself. We shared the Bacon Breakfast Bagel and Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup. Both were good size portions and I was glad they didn’t skimp on the salad both come with. The salad is mixed greens with pistachios and a balsamic dressing. It was good. What was nice about the tomato soup, is that it is more of a bisque, which we were fans of.To drink, we had the Maui Lavender Latte and the Matcha Yuzu Iced Tea. The latte had a nice hint of lavender, and the iced tea was refreshing. For a nicer brunch, definitely recommend, but just be ready to spend some money.

Way too much sugar… I even mentioned that I wanted less syrup and they did not had the patience to understand what I wanted.

Delicious but extremely overpriced. 2 breakfast bagels, 1 latte, and 1 cold brew coffee and our bill was $52 and with tip, $64!!! The portions were average. Delicious food and drinks, friendly service, but shocked at the prices!!

Slow service and atmosphere was a little weird, no one was really friendly but also not rude.. just kind of a dull vibe in the store but the coffee tasted good!

I found out about this lovely place from a friend, but she spoke of the one in Waikiki. I then found out that one opened up right here in Kapolei and I had to try it! This location is still up and coming, but they are currently offering coffee drinks (frozen, hot, cold, lattes, teas, etc) and açaí bowls. My husband and I had açaí bowls and lattes and they were DELISHHHH!! They were also beautifully made with Aloha I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for açaí bowls now. I can’t wait for this location to start serving wine and other food items. The atmosphere is great, they have an outside seating area too which I know will be great for a night time date with wine and charcuterie ?Vegetarian options: A whole menu section of vegan lattes and of course the acai bowls do not contain dairy.

Breakfast after our New Year’s hike to the Pink Pillbox. Our bowls were amazing - beautiful presentation and delicious flavor! We had the Haupia Moana and Waialua Moana Bowls. And our coffees were also sooo good! We had Hawaiian Honey Lattes and a Mauna Kea Iced Coffee (served with a scoop of gelato ?!).

Wow. What a delight! Got the Maui Lavender Latte and it is hands down the most amazing latte I've ever had. The staff is very friendly, the seating area is spacious and comfortable, and the lanai is perfect for relaxing. Have definitely found my new favorite hangout spot.

Stopped by for coffee and my god..worst cold brew ever! It tastes like water with a hint of seaweed in it. You can tell by its color, it’s nothing like cold brew.
