Went on Sunday at about 5:30pm and it wasn't busy. Got seated as soon as we walked in. Was greeted by Janice, the hostess, very pleasant lady. Our server, Raymond, was also friendly. The food was great, never had the bloomin onion appetizer before, yep, that was delicious!

I would not recommend this restaurant. The food was mediocre at best. My steak was not edible. The manager did take $10.00 off the bill, but really should have done more. It took more that 25 minutes to get our bill. Skip this place and head to Black Angus.

Disappointed. We stopped here on our last day before leaving Oahu for dinner. Party of 6. We sat down for nearly 25 minutes without anyone checking on us. We asked waiters passing by if someone can please take our order and they kept saying your waiter is coming soon.After nearly half an hour, we got up and left without ordering.Whats upsetting was that the place was not even full. We went to the other outback 15 min away.Ordered within 5 min of arriving and got our food in a timely manner.
