Went here around 1pm-2pm. Fantastic staff, friendly and engaging. Ordered 3 carnitas tacos that were great. Salsa also tasted better than other places. Best Mexican I’ve had in Oahu. Will return!

This place served me a margarita that was said to be freshly made however that is the excuse that is used to give you lemon water for the price of $20. The prices are inflated for both drinks and food. The manager was rude and tried to argue with me when I asked for my bill after tasting the horrible drink and over priced 5 taquitos at $15 the size of my pinky finger. I was recommended this place but I will not recommend this location to anyone.

The most slept on Mexican place on Oahu periodt. El ranch who? Paco’s place has food priced with the flavor out of this world. I’m a die hard fan and it breaks my heart to see people drive passed and miss out on the charismatic staff, amazing deals, and drinks fit for you king/queen! Never been disappointed and stop keeping yourself from happiness!

The BEST salsa on the island, wonderfully made cocktails. I've heard service speed is hit and miss, but today was wonderful. The best Mexican food I've had on island. I'll take slow service for the food, don't come in in a rush. Sit back and relax with good company ♡
Very friendly and helpful, answering any questions regarding menu. Pleasant atmostphere with an aztec or mayan feel. I especially like the counter separated by glass that allows customers a view of your meal being prepared by the chef.

I got a Baja fish burrito. It was not really filled or wrapped great when compared to a CA burrito. First bit was a dry mouthful of tortilla. Fish was a little fishy. Sauce and horchata were very good.

The staff was friendly but the food was awful. I ordered a Carne asada plate to go. It was $30. The meat was overcooked, under seasoned and gray. There was maybe half a cup of rice and the refried beans were more liquid than beans. I literally just threw it all away. Don't waste your money.

Worst service ever! We came in with a party of 6. There was not one other table occupied only 1 person at the bar. We sat down and were given room temp water, no ice. And 2 baskets of chips with salsa. I asked if there was hot salsa and was told yes but you need to pay for it. So I said okay I'll take 2 please. Then we waited around 10 mins to order, again no one else was in there...we ordered and then I asked for more chips. 2 small baskets for 6 people was not enough. I was told you have to pay for it? I said okay how much, I was told 4.14 to which I replied "just for chips?" And was told "no you have you buy chips and salsa". "Okay fine can I get 2 more chips and salsa"When she brought it she only brought chips..."excuse me but if I'm paying for chips and salsa where is my salsa I paid for?" She pointed to the one on my table which I also was charged for. Then she walked away and started talking and laughing with the other waiter and the manager...and we could literally see them talking and looking at us. So I asked to speak with the manager and she said okay I'll take off the chip charge but that wasn't the point. If your charging me for something I should be given it. Will NEVER be back here again...which my family goes out for mexican very often. Sarai and Carson were the 2 I delt with, manager and waiter
