Don’t be fooled by the “hours” listed; apparently this store decides when it wants to work or not. I tried to order a pizza 35 minutes before close. 5 min later they cancelled it. Ordered again; same thing. Called to order; same thing. Finally the “Papa John’s representative” who was taking my order from apparently a remote location, perhaps Pakistan or China, passed me along to my “local store”. This was at 1143. I was greeted with “we not taking any more orders, so if you didn’t order yet don’t bother”. No “hello”. No “sorry”. When I explained that I’d been trying to order since 1126, he said well we’re locking up, so if you want pizza you have to be here in the next 10 minutes. Keep in mind, this was 17 minutes before closing, so apparently this store has staff so incompetent it takes them a whole 7 minute to turn a lock. Seriously. If you’re open until midnight, you don’t close 35 minutes early. On a Saturday night. Full blown incompetence & totally lacking in any remote kind of customer service. I guess they just don’t want any business. Perhaps the little chippie who decided to answer the phone “we not taking orders” doesn’t want a job any more, or just wants the location to go out of business. What a joke.

The food I ordered came within 35 minutes which would be great if it wasn’t luke warm when I received it. They skimped on the toppings by A LOT. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and the advertisement shows it is covered in pepperoni with little space in between each. There was maybe 12-15 total pieces. We thought we had someone else’s order by mistake because it was unrecognizable as a pepperoni pizza. You get more toppings on a store bought freezer section pizza. Definitely not worth the money.

I phoned an order for carryout. I asked the call center if Papa Johns still did the 50/50 Senior Discount. He said ask the cashier at pickup. I arrived and found that they no longer offered this much beloved and appreciated perk. Oh well, so I paid for a specialty pizza which was half the Meats pizza and half the garden fresh pizza on original crust. The order was perfectly made except one of the four slices of the Meats part did not have any meat....none. I thought overall, the pizza was a bit overcooked, but the service was pretty good.

Horrible service. Spoke to KAMU who is the Manager & he argued with me when I called to ask about the wings I ordered. Major attitude and very unprofessional! He cut me off every time I spoke and was raising his voice with me. Who does that as a Manager?!?!?! Clearly he needs to be trained and shouldn't be a Manager if you can't even "listen" to the customer. This is NOT garlic Parmesan wings! This is wings drenched in oil! If you're looking to order wings, DO NOT order from here! You're better off ordering from BWW or Dominos! Never retuning here again.

Supposed to be a works pizza with no spicy sausage, add chicken, no black olives add pineapple. I also ordered garlic knots with nacho cheese sauce. Order was wrong. Tried calling over 15 times to get it fixed and nobody answered their phone. I also was transferred through by the extension which takes the orders. Just to make sure the phone did work. No answer. No happy since it was for my grand babies.

Went to Papa johns ( Kamakana Alii) bill was 25.11 for a medium cheese pizza fine ok. Hand cashier 100.11, she started counting out a bunch of dollars bills. I said I don't want all those dollar bills. Let me check if I have anything smaller. I hand her 25.00, and she tells me I can't. I already cashed you out I told her your drawer will still balance out, and she tells me oh my G.M don't want us doing that ,doing what you still getting your money ,so she goes to the back of store where I can see her and calls her G.M to ask her if she can take the 25.00 dollars ( I no believe) comes back bends down by the register guessing to go into the safe ,ok so what's the difference (what ever I'm irazz at this point, mind you I went to papa johns in kapolei cause Ewa Beach never open up yet. Take my pizza and change and left my mistake for not counting my change. Get back home and call the store to see if G.M. can count / balance drawer cause I'm short $10.00 . G.M. tells Cashier if I wanna ralk to her, I can come to the store and talk to her . Why can't the G.M. come to the phone, why do I have to drive back to the store? I will not be ordering pizza from any Papa Johns. I'll stick to Pizza Hut (anyway pizza was for my husband). I told him next time get your dang pizza next time.....Worst Customer Service
Got my pizzas delivered and came in way under cooked. Tried calling to get my refund but there phone is off so there is no way to get my money back. Filed a complaint online they also were no help. I did file a complaint because this seems to be horrible way to do business but the customer service could do nothing and recommend I contact the store. The pizza was delivered and I have no way of bringing the pizza back myself. Feel like I just wasted 70.00$. Will not be using them ever again. How can you have the phone disconnected from the store?? I feel like I just got robbed.

Just pulled out the parking lot with our food and we got help from Kalani. We walked in unsure of what to order and he helped us out so much! He is a manager and he truly earned that position (as I pointed out to him). I hope the owner sees this because he definitely needs to recognize when employees do hard work. The other person there doing delivery was also very kind and working hard as well. We live in Pearl City but wouldn't mind a little drive out if it means we get good service. Thank you Kalani for everything!

Ordered a heart shaped pizza a regular size cheese arrived. Called the location 10x only one answer from it and they immediately hung up before I could speak. Never will I ever again Papa John. Never pretty much was bullied out of 40 bucks.
