The food was incredibly fresh, bursting with flavors that made each bite delightful.The standout, however, was the excellent service provided by a male server. His attentiveness and professionalism added to the overall positive atmosphere. Long time loyal customers. Love the food here. Has always been delicious. Ordered on door dash for pick up after a busy day at work. I understand it’s a holiday, things get stressful and busy. Went to pick up our order, was given the wrong order. We ordered two pho and banh mi. The order given to us was one pho and one banh mi. We returned the food still bagged and gave it back, then asked for our order which we were told it was probably taken by someone else.The man at the front desk said “I’m losing money from you."It’s understandable to be stressed and upset, things can get messed up, wrong orders can be taken, but don’t take it out on your customers when we didn’t cause the problem. So rude and unprofessional. We will not be returning.

Pretty good Vietnamese food. Recommended the papaya salad with shrimp and pork, Vietnamese pancake/crepe, BBQ pork Banh Mi sandwich. I like the Pho with the broth being pretty tasty but the rice noodles have a little off taste to me. Lots of space if you have a big party.

Food is alright, service is teri-bad. Came in during a slow time of day around 1pm. No one was in restaurant except one lady waiting to pick up her food at the counter, not being tend to.I walked in and no one greeted me, I walked over to table and sat myself. No one noticed, I had to call out several times to get someones attention. Lady then still took several minutes to come by to drop off water and a menu and then disappeared behind the kitchen for another 5 mins. I've had enough and walked out. Took a total of over 15 mins to get her attention and menu dropped off. People come in for lunch and have limited time to eat. If you don't want customers then go ahead and shut down your business!

From Red Hill to Kapolei and majority of central Oahu is contaminated with Gasoline from the Navy in Red Hill spill all the water aquafiers is contaminated. I am from Kāne'ohe and we have tap water but nothing compared to this tap water, very dangerous. I REPEAT DO NOT DRINK THEIR WATER. I truly believe this company should invest in the Elkay filtered water machine, it will improve business.

We found this place a few months ago and have been back regularly since then. The papaya salad with tofu is amazing. It’s the best tofu I’ve ever had. We also love the crispy spring rolls and the pho. Super sweet wait staff. It’s become one of our favorites!

The vietnamese coffee was delicious. Perfect condensed milk to coffee ratio. . . But you'll like yours sweeter or stronger than me. The Pho was good. I had the combination beef, and the gf had the tendon. We liked both. We'll have to try it again and try something different in order to say I love(d) it.

What a horrible place! It's amazing how this place stays in business. We had gone there just because they were the only place open at 9am before my wife had to go to work. The old guy there had a bad attitude that went along with the bad food. The Spicy Noodle soup was not good at all and even a simple and EXPENSIVE sandwich wasn't right. But the real issues was that after pushing aside the horrible food and we went to pay for it out of commitment...The old guy over charged us! It's no wonder he's all BLINGED OUT! He's ripping off his customers! The menu prices don't match what he had charged! And when I had brought up the fact that the menu has a price of $16.99 for the soup and why was I being charged $17.99, the attitude really came out! I was told that the prices have been raised for a long time! What the heck?!?! Why not change the menu to reflect it! So for a garbage sandwich we paid $14.99, and sucky Spicy Noodle Soup, $17.99 and a mediocre Viet Coffee, $6.99 along with a generous serving of PISS POOR ATTITUDE, which was free, I'm looking forward to getting the word out on my other pages. What junk.Oh...By the way...Reason for the 1 star regarding the atmosphere...When you sit down, just look how dirty the seats are. Guess they don't believe using a little soap and water at this place, that was the first thing I had noticed....And it should have been a warning.
