Went there one time and ordered a caniac combo. Asked to swap out the coleslaw for another toast. When I got my food, I haven’t realized until I found out that the two toast were missing so I called the store and told them about it. The guy on the phone told me to drop his name and tell them about the missing toast when I go there again. I came back about two weeks later and they still only gave me one toast. I guess this is a lesson to always check your food and make sure you have everything before leaving the drive thru.

Our first time trying Canes since being on island and I’m not impressed honestly. Chicken wasn’t seasoned. And it wasn’t fried long enough so it’s not crispy chicken like other food chains such as popeyes. The canes sauce is really good but other than that the chicken lacks flavor, to include the fries. The best thing was the sweet tea. This was my first time having actual good sweet tea since being here. So I was impressed. And lastly, I was little disappointed too after spotting hair under my fries. But thankful I didn’t eat it lol.

I go here for work lunch often. Good fast food. I always get 3 finger combo. Chicken is very soft and tender. Quick service and very friendly staff.
Very clean and friendly service. I’ve been here a few times and highly recommend if you want some good chicken tenders. I like the simple menu and the sweet tea is on point.

Best chicken tenders & chicken sandwich I have ever had!! The real deal here... Not no pressed grinded up meat here, you can tell they use real chicken, and that dipping sauce though????so good! Anytime were in Kapolei we will make the stop to satisfy our chicken craving. Comes with Texas toast, coleslaw, fries and a drink.
I visit this Raising Cane’s location typically on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday for lunch while I’m making my deliveries. Some may complain about the price and the lack of selection, but it’s well worth it for the quality, the freshness, the simplicity of the menu and the speediness. Using the app is a time saver and every now and then they’ll have specials that’ll definitely save you some money. One love!

Cashier had RBF and wasn’t very pleasant to deal with. Rolled her eyes when asked to cancel my previous order to order a larger meal for the entire family. Then she neglected to tell us that the family order does not come with gallon drinks (as pictured on the menu) and she also over heard us saying we would get it specifically because it came with a gallon drink (we purchased drinks separately). Our meal came out n we weren’t provided plates to serve our family. But because this cashier seemed already to have an attitude with us we did not attempt to ask for plates and tore the tops of the fries and made due. Great place great food but tonight was a miss with the service we received from just the cashier everyone else was friendly and polite 8pm 11-1-2023

I've been eating raising canes for years. It's one of the most popular places in Texas so when I saw it was here, I was so excited. WHY IS THIS THE BEST RAISING CANES IVE BEEN TO? The chicken tenders were huge compared to what I'm used to. Lightly breaded, cooked perfectly perfection. They were nice and hot and fresh. Fries were cooked well too. Nothing was overly salty which is a huge plus because sometimes the tenders would make me need to drink a gallon of water. That canes sauce though.. I always figured it just came in little plastic containers but WHAT. It's like they made the sauce in store here or something. It's delicious and nothing like the stores back in Texas. I was so surprised by this meal. Service was great, the drive thru was fast, the food was spot on. I genuinely have zero complaints, I'm just stunned by how good it was and how much better it tastes here. I'm for sure going back, especially to this location.
