We order the fish and chips to share. The fish was over cooked and you can tell the fries were sitting and put back into grease.

For being a restaurant inside a hotel the food was actually really good, the service leaves a little something to be desired. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a hotel restaurant. They no longer serve the bulgogi French fries, only the Kalbi French fries.

Didn't eat. We walked out. Very sketchy looking and just felt uncomfortable. No one in the place and it looked like a school cafeteria.

The restaurant met our expectations. The food and service were very good.
Food is always hot, fresh and good. The staff is the real thing that shines. The service is top tier, every employee is fast efficient, very friendly and makes you feel welcome and valued. Would definitely recommend.Kid-friendliness: Servers were absolutely outstanding with my kids. My boys love eating there just to see them.

Love the food here! Great serving size, come hungry or be prepared for a take away box! Had live music which was good. Our server, Tiara, was great, friendly, and gave the best recommendation.

Tiara was an amazing server. She ensured the food was delicious, the drink was tasteful, she kept checking on us. We sat before closing time, tiara was very talkative in regards to history and tourist attractions for Honolulu.
OMG. Couldn't say anything bad if you paid me too.Great job staff.

We had family staying at the hotel so we gathered to enjoy Happy Hour at Sprigs. Selection of pupus pretty good and Happy Hour cocktails served in tall glasses (improvement from small plastic cups). Service was good although wait time for food was a bit long (large party ordered right before us - but restaurant was maybe a third full). We found street parking easily and good size restaurant to accommodate many.

The food was very fresh and tasty! I love that the menu was not overwhelming and provided a good variety of choices. It was nice and quiet when we were there (early at 5 p.m.) Servers were friendly and attentive. Will definitely go again. GREAT salads.

Been here twice. The dining area is so dim and gloomy. The music is extremely loud and ruins the vibe of how looks like it should be. Service is friendly. Nice, polite employees. The huli chicken is what brought me back! OMG, possibly the best huli chicken ever. The corn was horrible, but the chicken was delicious. Very small serving for the price of I think, $26? My husband had the rib eye, which he liked. The second time we went there, I wanted to try the fish and chips. Nice, meaty pieces. Taste was good. Sauce was, come on Spriegs, you can do better. Next time, I want to try the Alfredo.

Flew over to Oahu and stayed at the Embassy hotel ? this past weekend (5/5/23 - 5/7/23) and we Always enjoy their breakfast ?. Especially their made to order omelette ?. Can't complain since breakfast is Free with room reservation. We also got to enjoy our swim in the hotel pool (usually it's bombarded with kids but this time we had it to ourselves).Sorry no pics to post, didn't take any during this trip.
Very relaxed
