Service was great every time I ate with Sprigs. I tried room service and dine in on several occasions. Each time the staff made me want to come back. The food was decent for a hotel restaurant. In fact, I'd almost give 5 stars but I did not due to quality inconsistency. The first meal was excellent. So good I came back and ordered the same thing again. This time it was average almost bad in comparison. Third time I was like ok, well, inconsistency is an issue here. Service is great but you have to hope you get the chef on a good day.Room service webpage for ordering is buggy. Some days it's working right at 5, others almost 30 mins late. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you have hungry toddlers waiting for 5 pm to order....it is.Kid-friendliness: A decent kids menu. Lacks fruits or vegetable options.

Server "Jill", was great. Kept our water glasses full, staggered dishes properly, so appetizers came out first, and started bringing out entrees once we were done with our appetizers. I wish they would isolate the lounge area from the rest of the restaurant. Music was loud, and local live music band was very energetic. Finding the entrance was a bit challenging. As it was down the hall through the lobby of Embassy Suites hotel. Food selection and presentation was very impressive. All items were delicious and proper temperature. Portions were generous and overall experience was excellent. Many times I leave a restaurant thinking I could make the dishes better. For this dining experience, it was not the case. I look forward to dining at Sprig's Grille again in the future.

Gyoza deep fried with HARD shell - thought it was freezer burnt. Chicken wings thick coating and fried HARD. Should Poke was like a THICK SAUCE AND SALTY, SALTY, SALTY. NOTHING LIKED PICTURES ON SITE. Did NOT want to eat anything else on menu. Felt deceived. Music SO LOUD AS IF IN A LIVE CONCERT. CANNOT ENJOY A MEAL.

Food was good. Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. Not really fun with the sauce. I think something in it just overpowering the taste. But overall, portion was a lot.

We waited at the hostess stand for a few minutes and finally walked to the bar. After talking with the bartender we waited back at the hostess stand for a couple minutes until we were seated. There was loud music blaring in an empty room next to the dinning room. The tables and booths are basic. I had the Fettuccini Alfredo which was runny and tasted like asparagus. Yes, I knew it would have asparagus, but the taste of asparagus was overwhelming. The Alfredo sauce was runny and not creamy. My wife had the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs had a strange flavor that my wife was unable to describe, so she spit it out. The sauce itself was flavorful and the noodles were good.

Excellent breakfast and great service

Really disappointed in the food. Although the presentation was beautiful, the meal came cold. They only had three gluten-free options (including the steak) on the entire dinner menu. The Cornish hen was a gluten-free option, but there must have been a communication disconnect between the waitress and kitchen, as the potatoes came topped with French fried onions (which are not GF). The hen tasted good, but was a bit dry, and the kale was too salty. The Mexican street corn was okay.

My parents 62 anniversary. Food was good except my grilled chicken tasted fishy like it was grilled after a piece of fish. And I’ll definitely go back for the Kalbi fries

Portions are big, one plate can feed 2-3 easily. Great place for a quick bite to eat that serves local inspired dishes. Service was incredible; all employees were friendly and attentive

Our waitress was amazing!! We will definitely go again and will look for her to be our waitress again!!

What a pleasant and unexpected discovery! We have booked a room at the Embassy Suites in Kapolei for the time being, and the hotel itself features a dining establishment for guests' convenience.

Really enjoyed our dinner! Went there to celebrate a friend's birthday on Sunday evening. We didn't have a reservation but it was ok since it wasn't crowded and therefore, we could be seated immediately. The hostess was kind and friendly. Service was also great. Our server had charm, was professional and just quite delightful! She was keen to observe the birthday gift on the table and asked if either of us was celebrating a birthday. So at the end of our dinner she brought out a lovely birthday bread pudding, which was accompanied with berries and macadamia nut ice cream. I realized I got ahead of myself there, talking about the dessert. So here goes the dining experience leading up to dessert...We enjoyed doing what we call here in Hawaii "talking story" with both our hostess and server. Both made us feel like we were family. My friend and I started our evening with the lemon drop cocktail, which is actually our server's favorite since it's delicious and made with fresh lemons instead of anything artificial. The taste confirmed its freshness- it was like an adult lemonade, with vodka mixed in and sugar around the rim. Now with a nice healthy buzz, we continue our dinner...I got the Huli huli chicken, which was a great choice for me. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were nicely done, good texture and had some body to it- not too soft and there were some potato skins in them, which I personally enjoy. The dish also included kale + corn on the cob, which had butter and some cheese crumbles on top. The chicken was certainly the star of the dish but the sides certainly accomplished it well and were flavorful. I usually don't like kale, as I don't usually like the taste nor texture. However, the kale in this dish was flavored well and since it was cooked, as opposed to being in a salad raw, I liked the texture better. It seemed to have been seasoned, which improved it greatly, in comparison to the natural taste. I enjoyed both the taste of the Huli Huli chicken dish and because it was quite balanced and healthy. My friend order the fettuccine alfredo with fish. You can order it with fish, chicken or plain. He LOVED this dish!! I tasted it and he was absolutely right, delicious! The bread pudding was delicious as well! Since it was birthday bread pudding, we were not charged for it either, which was unexpected and appreciated.Sprigs doesn't usually get many guests from outside the hotel. So even if you live here or are visiting but chose to stay at other accommodations, if you're on the westside, Springs would be a nice, healthy dining option for your trip.
