Don’t bother we had to leave twice because our order took over twenty minutes and we had to leave without the order. Worst service Starbucks we have ever been too. Why does it take so long here? We were the first to arrive when they opened and still took that long?

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and drinks and food came out quickly. It's conveniently located in Ko Olina Center, so it's easy to pop in for a coffee or snack while shopping. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Every Starbucks I have ever been to except in Hawaii gives you the black coffee you order immediately except in Hawaii. They make you wait for every coffee made before you until the poor your drip. Absolutely crazy.

Worst of the worst. Employee appear not trained adequately, nor helped by others while preparing drinks. Grande frapaccino was half-full. Tasteless. No one in line ordering, but took 15 min to prepare the drinks ordered. Will NOT visit again. Note: our attempt to secure a refund starting with the manager of the local shop and through the Starbucks corporate ladder resulted in a failure. On our last call, the customer service rep simply hung up after indicating that nothing could be done because we had no printed receipt. We had previously uploaded an image of the drink cup with the drink and order info as instructed. We were given no alternative recourse.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this is the best Starbucks on the island! When I do my morning walk through the lagoons I stop to get my iced chai tea latte and it is always made to perfection? and the staff here are very kind humans. Definitely recommend if you’re on this side!

This Starbucks replaced the previous Island Vintage Coffee. Went late afternoon and it was not overly busy. The Barista got an order wrong for someone in my group and also got the order wrong for the person in front of me. The coffees we received were not on par with other Starbucks, but were generally OK, I would have given 3 starts, above average, but the point-of-sale system automatically added a tip to the bill, that had to be manually changed in order to leave no tip. I did not want to leave a tip on the point-of-sale system and it was difficult to determine how to change the tip.

Slowest service ever. You have 3 young folks running the place and the 2 that are on bar/drinks are doing an amazing job but the tall local girl on food/pastries is messing up everyone's sandwiches so it's holding everyone back to stay in the store longer. Not hard to pick out the sandwich the customer orders and put it in the oven. My banana nut bread wasn't even warmed up and I waited about 10 mins.
