Idk what's up with the low reviews but we love this location! The staff have never given us issues, friendly and accommodating. The food is always great. The vibes are nice. I just wish it wasn't so expensive haha but I could say that about a lot of places!

CPK MILILANI CUSTOMER SERVICE ON POINT! My family had lunch on Saturday and Daphnie and her CPK Mililani Team have gone above and beyond in accommodating my family and I! We are a big family of 6 and Daphnie was able to sit all of us comfortably. Daphnie and her Team was attentive to our family and made my kids feel important by refilling their drinks and asking if they needed anything. I feel it is important to make customers feel like they're being seen even though they are little.We had the following:Cobb Salad: our favorite with bleu cheese!Chicken Piccata: the tangy sauce was on point!Chicken Tequila: we added shrimp and it was phenomenal!Avo rolls: family favorite!Thank you Daphnie and Team! Service was slow The hostess greeted s like we had done something wrong I had to go to the bar to ask for refills on our soft drinks twice The pizza was luke warm at best And it didn't seem that busy Not a good experience

They seated people before me with a reserved spot. People came up they would tell them there was a 15 minute wait and seat them before us. When we finally got in the place they mess up and sent out a bloody rare steak. We sent it back to get it cooked and it didn't come back out for another 15 minutes. Needless to say everyone in our party was done eating and we sat and watched them eat.

Just got home with my takeout order. The bread that comes with the street corn appetizer was burned and then flipped over to make like it wasnt. Could smell it immediately upon opening the container. Terrible.
Asked for child meal early. It came with appetizers and he was done with is full size pizza before our food was served. Food was more than 1.5 hours served after being seated. 2 out of 3 entries were cold. Hamburger came back soggy, but we were hungry, so just ate. Not communication if food could be served separate to avoid cold food. Water cups were always full.
I tried to pay for my parents meal over the phone after they had to put down two loved pets within two days and no one could help me. They decided to have a good meal after all the unfortunate events. Unless I had a CPK gift card they wouldn't let me pay for their meal. I live 3,000 miles away and even the manager saw them and then said she could NOT help me. No one has a heart here. Get with the technology and let people do kind things for others. So disappointed in this situation.

My bf and I frequent this CPK since it's close to home. This most recent trip was great since we were able to get seated quickly! The hostess that evening (it was Saturday in mid-December) was accommodating, asked if we wanted inside or outside, and sat us quickly in the outdoor area. There have been times where we'd had to wait to get served, but our waitress also came right away and we were able to get our dishes quickly despite it being a busy night. We usually order a few apps, a salad, and a pizza. My favorite app is the cauliflower and I noticed there's a shrimp app that has the same sauce! We'll probably get that the next time we go. Overall, great visit! We look forward to returning!

Located in Mililani shopping center on the longs drugs and Times supermarket side. Went there for lunch and we enjoyed the wild mushrooms pizza with truffle oil, it was good but the mushrooms lacked the flavor we expected, the Ala Moana CPK it was much more flavorful and tasty. Other than the lack of flavor it was ok. The Thai crunch was tasty but the dressing was over powering and we should have asked for the dressing separate, for me it was ok but for the other it was too much dressing. The spinach and artichoke dip was very good and tasty and they gave a generous amount of dip and chips. The service was very good and quick. The restroom was well kept and clean. The Hostess though we did not stay that long other tables before us were still sitting and taking even after they paid their checks and had their doggie bags ready to go. We just finished and we was waiting for our bill but the hostess kept looking around the corner at us about 5 times like you are still here I need your table yet no one was in line and lots of seating inside and outside? So I mentioned to my wife ask for the bill I feel they want us to leave. Which we did to see no lines and lots of open tables available.
