During my shopping trip today, I decided to stop in Starbucks for a hot grande Chai Tea Latte. Upon walking in, the store was extremely busy. It was clean and you can see everyone enjoying their orders. The barista met me at the register and promptly took my order. She was friendly, and though she was busy, took the time to make sure that my order was correct and made sure I didn't want anything else I honestly thought it would be a little bit because there was a long line. However, the staff was getting drink orders out in a timely fashion, and I didn't have to wait long at all! I enjoyed my Chai Tea and left a happy customer.
Our barista was looked absolutely stunning. Her hair style combined with her beautifully round face was certainly an early morning treat. I’ll definitely be back.

First off, parking can get busy all the time, since it is co located in a strip with other establishments. The store itself don't get too busy, at least during those times I was here. The service is fairly faster compared to other locations. I like that this location got large tables, lots of seating and few stools. There was one time when I couldn't taste the lemonade in my SALR. I feel like I paid the extra cents for the lemonade that it didn't get added in to my drink. Normally, I would ask them to add more lemonade, but I did not. Few locations are nice to add extra lemonade. The restroom is not mostly well-kept. Nice location to hang overall.

Customers should be aware that this location closes at 8:50pm instead of 9:00pm, as they close the oven's so they are not able to serve hot sandwiches.

Today I stopped by at Starbucks in Mililani Town Center before heading back to Kaneohe. I was only in Mililani because my daughter had a basketball game. Anyway, ordered some drinks and snacks for our ride home. I got all the drinks, forgot to ask for the snacks and drove away. I dont know about anyone else, but $10 is $$. I called and spoke to someone named Alajah (sorry about the spelling). What amazing customer service. She was able to help me out and issue me a refund. Girl you are awesome! Thank you for the grrat service! While in Starbucks everyone ws smiling and so friendly. Wish all Starbucks was like this. Definitely made my day a little happier.♥️

I've been to this location many times and today just was terrible. Girl in the left says she's a supervisor, who I guess doesn't need to wear a name tag and can just do what she wants to make people feel uncomfortable in the store.Food was eh and my drink which I ordered was very simple yet the girl Bee asked me to repeat my order and rolled her eyes at me. All I wanted was green tea in a tall cup without ice, water, or sweetener. Ambiance is loud especially when the high school gets out and all the kids come rolling on in.
