They should send their employees to a Customer service semina. Walked up to the counter & no one greets me or smiles & they weren't busy at all. When the girl came to the register she looked at a coworker & made a " I don't want to be here" face. She didn't acknowledge me. Didint say can "I help you". She just stared. I ordered 3 plates & she just stood there w/ a lost look . . . smh . . . after paying there was no "thank you" just more stupid looks & silence. Yes, she could talk. She was talking to her co-worker when I walked in.ZERO!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Owner gotta know that's bad for business.

HORRIBLE customer service. And it's not the first time - which is why I'm taking the time to do a review. I have seen this business, the female owner specifically, nickel and dime customers over the most ridiculous things. Today was the so atrocious I had to leave, and I can't see myself ever supporting this establishment again. I can handle watching young adults get stuck with dealing with difficult and unreasonable establishments (they can handle themselves)- but I can't stand watching the elderly being treated poorly. I understand the girls working the register etc. don't have much say, so I spoke to the woman in charge - and she doubled down, and justified the reason for their poor customer service was due to being short on supplies and help. Sorry lady - neither of those reasons justifies treated our elderly as poorly as you did. Your behavior towards that poor little old man was savage, and It was horrifying. I hope me speaking up, and letting you know how shameful your behavior was changes your practice. However, I doubt it will - as the customer service here has been sub-par for a looooooong time.

Yummy!! Brings back childhood memories. It was very crowded when we got there but they were able to jam out the line fast. Seems pricey but the potions are insaneeee and lasted me a couple days. Amazing side dishes and the fish jun is so good. Btw they're still cash only so bring like $60 for two in case you're really hungry

Tasty Korean BBQ, located in the Mililani Town Shopping Center, is our go to place for delicious Korean meals after a long day of work or play. My husband and I would stop by for a quick Meat Jun or Fish Jun plate lunch which includes ample servings of rice and 4 side dishes. We like the crunchy cucumber Kimchi, seasoned vinegar seaweed, tasty long rice, and spicy taegu. If you're ever in the Mililani or Wahiawa area, don't hesitate to stop by this bustling eatery for a quick bite!
Best fast food Korean BBQ in Kaneohe. Love this place. It's my new go to when I'm in town. Love their potato salad.

We haven't had Korean food in a long while. Picked up this Meat Jun / BBQ Meat Combo plate at Tasty BBQ in the Mililani Town. They sure gave a lot. The BBQ meat is hiding under the mound of Meat Jun. They even gave us a good portion of sides. My only complaint was that I asked for extra Meat Jun sauce & the lady said I put in two large size ones. We got home & it was two small ones. Aside from that, both ladies were very nice.

Live in Mililani since this place opened. Food has always been okay but not so much the service. Food is a little sweet and you know it probably contains msg since I'm always super thirsty after eating here. I have witnessed rising prices over the years at this establishment which prevents me from honoring this restaurant too frequently (it also only accepts cash payments - makes you wonder....) in any case, yesterday is the last time I'll go to this establishment. We ordered a combo plate and a mandoo soup. First, for takeout soup they don't separate the soup from the contents. Second, they forgot the rice in the combo plate! I called and spoke to the owner and she was not very nice nor was she accommodating. She was unapologetic and irritated so she said that she would just refund my money. I thought that a professional establishment would offer some kind of compensation for making me have to make a second visit but NO! Instead, she blocked my number (I tried to call and order the same thing with the thought that she would just comp it for the inconvenience.) When I got to the restaurant I told her that she was so unprofessional and I should go on social media to tell my story and her reply was "whatever" - who does that!

Haven't been here for awhile, the food was surprisingly tasty. They give a lot too. Located in the Mililani Town Center. Give this place a try if you're in the Mililani area. Aloha, Derek

My favorite shop! The store’s staff are always nice and friendly! I never forgot the day when the shop lady(owner?) gave ice bags immediately when my son got injured outside of the shop.
