I usually love pizza hut, which is why I have the app on my phone but my last order was horrible!I ordered the big dinner box, some boneless wings, and a few 2liters. Spent almost $100. On the whole order, I'm on crutches unable to walk so I sent my friend to pick it up for me from Eha st. (The Wailuku pizza hut).My big box had 3 pizzas, the cheese pizza was supposed to be 1/2 cheese 1/2 jalapeño, the supper supreme was not only doughy & way under cooked but was also missing the extra jalapeños that I was definitely charged for! Not sure what the Buffalo pizza was like, they didn't put one on my plate & I couldn't walk. The chicken was like meatless fried chicken skin. I was so disappointed in my order & the app has nowhere to make a complaint or no way of speaking to someone about your order. On top of all that, I called & called, no one would even pick up the phone at the Wailuku location.

We like the pizzas and pastas and why we go back from time to time. We do carry out and order ahead. The remote ordering system by phone can be quite frustrating as they don’t seem to know what the specials are even though the specials are repeated over and over while you’re on hold. We know to never arrive at the estimated pick up time given as it’s always going to be longer than that. The staff is usually pleasant. The dining room is still not open to customers which is kind of sad as it is so far from Pizza Hut’s hey day when it was a full service restaurant with tables and booths, stained glass lamps and even a salad bar.

I really hope they’re having the supervisor or manager on duty work the counter with their wait times for BOTH my visits this week being over an HOUR- it’s extremely sad if a regular employee has to get yelled at over their “staff shortage” issue that’s actually an excuse more than anything. When you ask the cashier how much longer as your items should have been ready according to their board they ignore the question and hide out in the kitchen rather than helping push out pizzas. A major retraining would probably do extremely well. Sadly the longest wait I’ve heard of so far is 4 HOURS and it’s because “they’re short staffed”. When I call no deals or specials are read or given I have to look them up myself causing me to look at dominos instead as I don’t feel the workers value customers.

This is at the Wailuku town center. The negative about the center is there isn't security or patrol. Unsafe conditions at off-night hours of loitering and suspicious crime acts happening

I love their pizza. Everytime we order it always fresh made. Just do it online much cheaper, easy to choose how u would like your pizza and then we head out to pick it up when we get home still crunchy, fresh and hot ?

I ordered EXTRA CHEESE, paid for it, and when I got home and opened the box... Regular Cheese! Pizza was also undercooked. Next time, going to dominoes.

My pizza was cold and dry and inedible. The wings were either over cooked or in old oil or both and also inedible. As a former PH RGM I’m betting my order sat in a delivery bag for a long time before being sent out considering my wait time. I tried calling and kept getting out on hold. Worst PH experience ever. I won’t order again and want a refund.

I never even got my pizza had to get ny money refunded because they gave it away and i had no time to wait longer, my leg was in extreme pain which is why i ordered and it was crucial that i returned home as fast as possible, very disappointed and angry at my experience, in addition i got an attitude like it was my fault they messed up. What a horrible experience i wont be going there again
