It's McDonald's but in Hawai'i, so... Island time 😤... I ordered a pie (Haupia pie since I was in Hawaii) and they took forever to literally grab a pie from the heating shelf and hand it to me. Pie was good though! 😂 I wish we had these flavors in the mainland.

Typically an extremely long wait. Staff too busy rushing orders through drive up window to take your order inside at the counter. The touch self order screens are typically either broken or covered in boogers and fingerprints, so I refuse to touch them. This location is frequented by panhandlers and transient folks who loiter in the shade of the building, do drugs in the bathroom, etc. The staff do a good job, but this would be a rough location to work.
Parking: Very large shared shopping center parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Ground level, no ramps or stairs.

Went into Waimea McDonald's and didn't know how to work on my app but the cashier there was very patient to help me. I wish I knew he name. She helped me with the discount items and my app.
Took me awhile to explain what i wanted and this person did not understand what the meal Intel, ask specific wants and repeated the order 3 times and still did not get the sandwich right .

Good as a McDonald's gets. The drive thru line went fast. They got the order right. They put plenty of napkins in the bag and when i asked for salt n pepper they gave me a handful. They just cost too much $26 for 2 #7's. I just thinks that's crazy.
