Best Thai food on the island, besides Fasay Thai Wagon in Kahuku. HOWEVER, I will make the drive all the way to Kahuku instead of going up the street to Thai Village in Waipio or possibly try the other locations because the service there is completely disrespectful. All of the times I've dined in and ordered take out, the ladies at the front who also serve guests, have rude mannerisms and attitude. When I've ordered items that are on the menu for takeout, they have told me I \\\"can just make it at home\\\" lol. I've tried to order that same thing when I dined in, and was told they don't have it, but that's several times now so if it's no longe available it could be specified so on the menu. Quality taste, portions, and price are not worth the attitude. I'll take the trip up north instead for Thai.

My husband and I stopped at Thai Village on a cold, rainy day for chicken pho. The broth was good. The portion was huge and very filling. The price was reasonable ($15.95). Our server was friendly and service was good. We hadn’t been to Thai Village since pre-pandemic times, so we would like to go back to try some of our favorite dishes (better shared with friends so we can try multiple dishes). If you like Thai food, give Thai Village a try.

Personally did not like there food. Vegetarian food hardly had veggies and the dishes were too sweet.

PSA: they don't "close" at 8:30. You walk in at 8, they'll tell you they're closed. You walk in at 7:12 they're take out only. Even when you call ahead to ask what time they close it doesn't matter. They literally make up their own hours. Such bad business ethic.

Friendly service. Each visit, the flavor in my Panang curry is consistent. Cozy environment.

Ambiance is definitely 4 stars and so is the flavor of the food and service. They constantly keep your glass of ice water filled, most restaurants you have to beg for more water. My only problem was the size of the portion of fried rice I receives for $17.00. I got a small bowl of fried rice. It looked it it was in a soup bowl. I ate alone so strong feeling that was relayed to the chef for no way two people could share. I'm a family of three and there always enough rice to go around.

Thai Village is a solid neighborhood Thai restaurant that's open for take-out and dine-in. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to go to this particular Thai Village, but if I'm in the area and craving Thai food- this is my go-to. I would honestly give them 3.5 stars if I could, but there has been a few instances that bring Thai Village to a solid 3. There are multiple locations on the island, most of them in central Oahu. Be sure that you're calling the right location when calling a takeout order. I love that they have 15 minute parking stalls right up front for easy pick-up. Here's an overview of a few of the dishes I've tried from here: Curry Pad Thai: I haven't been to a Thai restaurant that serves pad thai with curry together! I would usually order both a put them together, so I love that it's both dishes in one. I usually order it with chicken or pork for $16.95 Look fun pad thai: another dish that I don't see often in other spots, it's made with a thick chow fun style noodle. I ordered this dish with tofu once and it was a bit burnt and then that burnt taste really spread to the whole dish, which was disappointing. Papaya salad: left something to be desired. This was unfortunately a dish that didn't get eaten on the first night and then was in refrigerator for way too long. I wish that it came with Thai style beef jerky and sticky rice to really make it a meal. Curry is something that I order out often because I often cook it at home but I did order the garlic curry here once because I was intrigued. It is unlike a traditional Thai curry, very mild and creamy. I could see someone (like my mom) who doesn't like spice at all, loving this curry. Evil curry with a red curry base. Loved the lemongrass and lime leaf! Ordered with pork for $15.95 and while it was hard to justify the price since I know I could cook it at home, it was delicious! The menu is extensive with 50+ menu options. Most dishes can be customized with different protein options and spice levels. For many people, these are perks for a restaurant but honestly it's usually a red flag for me. I cannot fathom being able to make 50+ dishes with different alterations well on a daily basis. That's a personal opinion, but other than slight decision fatigue- I recommend Thai Village if you're in the area and craving Thai food.

Love this location, better than other Thai village locations. Our favorite Is the fried calamari, fried chicken, yellow curry, pad Thai, crispy spring rolls, and broccoli and chicken. Always delicious hot and fresh. During pandemic we did take out. Great hidden gem! Never disappointed. Parking is available and accept credit cards.

First time here nice atmosphere. Service was very friendly and we got there before 5pm so it wasn't crowded. Priced look a little higher but they give a good size servings. Definitely would go back again and recommend this place for that foodVegetarian options: Most dished can be made without meatsParking: It's a strip mall arra with Big City Diner, Outback, Goodland and other small food establishmentsWheelchair accessibility: Spaced well that a wheelchair will fit
