Really nice Starbucks location inside the gas station with no drive through. The employees here were very nice and helpful. I ordered the Dragon fruit Mango lemonade refresher and blackberry lemonade refresher drinks were great. Overall experience was excellent.

Staff was quick and professional. Drinks were perfect. My wife ordered a grande decaf hot latte with oat milk and I ordered a venti Carmel brulee latte with oat milk.

Not just your normal Starbucks! Staff is awesome and gets it right every time & on time. North Ankeny Starbucks is a must when you’re in the area if you’re a coffee drinker.

Well, the only reason this gets 5 stars is because my lady begged to stop here, and against my better judgment, I obliged. The real five-star comes when we walk into the shop, and there's an entire gaggle of blonde haired white women getting their mocca frapachinos. I've only seen this kind of heard on the nature documentaries about African Buffalos. To my glee and enjoyment, I had to snap a pic of my blondie, mingling with the others. Do you need your woman to feel safe? Then bring her here where she can freely roam and discuss other basic pressing issues plaguing the blonde woman society like, hair, nails, and not enough Carmel in the mocca late. Kinda like play dates for white women

This location is much better than the other one in town. It’s a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of seating in case you need get work done. The staff is friendly most days, they always seem to have a LOT of people working and bumping j to each other trying to complete orders. Among the chaos is certainly a gem, the food is good (yes it’s frozen like all SBUX), I haven’t had a drink made wrong yet, it’s clean and someplace I can go to meet clients, or bring the kids.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options, dairy alternative options
Kid-friendliness: Clean and plenty of space, you don’t feel cramped which is key for my kids.

Both the cold brew hazelnut and caramel were stale. The service was poor. And the Starbucks discount and rewards program did not work...
