We had to wait at least ten minutes in the drive thru to even let them know we were using a mobile app. Then we waited more than five at the window where we watched the manager eat fries right out of the fry area . Then once we were back on the road, we found out that they gave us one wrong sandwich,which I paid extra 40 cents for and the other sandwich was to have no pickles,but it did and again we paid an extra 40 cents for tomatoes but it had none.
This is the absolute best BK in Waterloo and Cedar Falls also Sylvia and Josh are super friendly and both will go out of their way to make sure your visit was great and have hot and fresh food I will definitely be coming back again thanks BK team

This burger king was very dirty inside. We mentioned it the the manager, but didn't seem to care. Soda fountains were not working. This was at noon and nobody else were in there.
