We stopped in from Prior Lake MN as it’s our addiction to get these donuts. My wife and I go on these adventures and always make sure Hurts Donuts is part of it whenever traveling. Hurts is ALWAYS fun and modern with great tasting donuts second to none. We appreciate the fun atmosphere and high quality products. Bravo Hurts. Bravo !

Stopped in to get some donuts of course, the maple bacon long John is definitely hands down number one to get with your order. I got several other flavored donuts, the staff were very helpful and respectful. I am definitely going to be stopping again!

I came into hurts this morning and I am very disappointed in the customer service. This is the second time I’ve been in recently with poor service. The staff does not acknowledge customers when they come in. I saw multiple customers leave due to being ignored. The case was being cleaned with no one assisting or noticing customers. It is also the morning with the case nearly empty. I was told they would have to make more donuts and was told they have no idea how long it will take and was very rude. I’m late to a family Christmas due to the lack of acknowledgment from the staff. We always get donuts from hurts for holidays with family, but I cannot say I will be purchasing donuts from hurts again. I reached out to hurts and was told “sorry”. I expected a better response or refund for the extremely poor service. I will be taking my business to icon. Much better service and food at icon.

The employees are so kind. All of the little details are amazing. Such as: a little Hot-wheels-sized ambulance that is an emergency donut vehicle and how the handle on one of their mugs is a set of brass knuckles.I’m telling all of my friends about it.Kid-friendliness: It’s a cozy atmosphere and it has a lot of cool stuff for kids to enjoy.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is not raised from the ground. It would be a little tight but a person in a wheelchair would be able to get in.

Disappointed donut eater. They have been out of donut holes for the last 2 weeks that I have been there to buy a bunch. After they suggested we call first, we did! The person on the phone said they had plenty and didn't take my name for the 30 I wanted. Jumped in the car and drove the 30 mins only to be told that someone had just bought 8 dozen and they didn't have my 30 donut holes any more. So disappointed and wish they followed through on their side.
