Have never been there since they changed from the cork n fork. Man I had no clue what I was missing out on. Great prices for some of the best wraps in the cedar rapids area. I will definitely be going back there to eat again. Everyone I ate with for dinner were extremely happy with their meals.
It is grilled chicken and lettuce with cashews and other stuff on your choice of wrap. I got mine in a tomato basil wrap. It was mahhhvelous! It took this restaurant a long long time to transition to what it is from what it was. Major renovation in a lot of infrastructure stuff you cannot see. But the title of this restaurant belies the yumminess inside. You have to try this place! These wraps are gourmet food!

One of my most favorite places in Cedar Rapids! I tried many wraps and a few salads and they’re all wonderful! Everything is always fresh and made to order. The owner is an absolute sweetheart too!
