Whoever owns this business is throwing it away for two grouchy females that seem to work here all the time. They act offended when you come in, and the place has a very cold vibe. I ordered a wrap, and as soon as I took the first bite, I threw it out the window. Again the staff acts as though you're an inconvenience. The whole thing is kind of a gimmick. The food quality is very low and overall I would just say it's not worth the business. I drove all the way over to the other side of town to go to the one in Marion, or closer to Marion, that offered a totally different experience.

Stopped in to purchase some protein powder. Two girls working, both looking at their phone. No one acknowledged me at all. Spent almost $100 and the girl who checked me out didn’t even make eye contact. Still was looking at her phone as she checked me out. This was not a teen either, an adult. I wanted to support local, but I will just order online somewhere else next time

This place is exceptional in all facets! For the past 3+ years NS has been the only place I get my smoothies! It's every week, and at least 5 times a week. Ownership, Management and Staff are absolutely, positively rockstars! A 5-star experience every single visit!

i came in here one time after running errands, and I was very excited to! i walked in and i wasnt greeted at all, but there were three people working who made eye contact with me. i walked up and had to stand there until one of the workers finally said something to me. it was just an uncomfortable vibe. the smoothie was really good though! i might return, but hopefully the downtown location has friendlier workers.

I will never ever go back.Being a local place we like to support but will not when treated like that.In Coralville there is an amazing place that has pretty similar things and uses all natural ingredients and much healthier, drive up, and great customer service.
Just stopped in WITH MY KIDS, and completely inappropriate music is playing....is this a club? Or a place to get smoothies. It's NOT COOL. You should get this under control or you are going to lose business.

Continuously pushing their open times later and later so they’ve completely taken away the option to grab a smoothie before work. Workers are always annoyed to do their job and smoothies are inconsistent depending on the worker. Be careful which supplements you ask for because they will blend an entire capsule pill instead of just emptying it’s contents in the blender and you’ll be having the awful texture of plasticy feeling bits the entire time you’re drinking your smoothie.
