It took me calling 3 times to get ahold of someone and once I did she could not answer any of my questions about ordering a cake for my sons first birthday I asked how long it would take she didnt know and pretty much didnt know if I could have a cake by tomorrow or not so end result was no cake ordered

4/5 for my grocery pick-up experience. My order was ready when promised and I checked in via the app when I arrived at the store. In less than 10 minutes Assistant Manager Mike came out to my car with my order, informed me of the item they couldn't fulfill, loaded my trunk with my groceries, and I was on my way. Completely unorganized, dirty staff not helpful whatsoever went there on my way to school to get some last minute school supplies for my kids spent a good 40mins there to make sure that I got everything I needed and get in line and that's when they decided to tell everybody CASH ONLY at the only 2 registers open, I wasted my time, when they could of announced it or have the greeters tell customers as they walked in so we are not wasting our time thinking we can use our cards so...read full review
