I sat in the drive throw waiting on someone to take my order for over 45 minutes and everything came out cold after another 30 minute wait for my foor no one was in the drive through now inside I know I had someone in the car go check but indeed had an entire line sit there and wait

Slower than ever. Undercooked quarter pounder patties. No one answered the drivethru kiosk so I had to just drive up to the first window. Just typical terrible mcdonalds in 2025

What I ordered: unsweetened tea, a double cheeseburger with no mustard and Xtra pickle, fries, and a 6 piece nuggets. What I got: sweet tea, double cheeseburger extra Mustard and no pickles, and fries. The dipping sauce for the nuggets was in the bag, but no nuggets.
I double checked the receipt. It was accurate to what was ordered.

Bathrooms dirty. Floors and tables had trash. Mats by drinks sticky from all the soda. Just go to another one.

The food was ok but the floor was so dirty I could see the print of my shoes and the bathrooms looked like there was dried urine around the urinals they had no ketchup and no ice and as said earlier the floors were super dirty and I almost slipped multiple times

Ice machine Is out of ice, pop station is a disaster, tables and floors covered in garbage and food, I had to go through the pop station to get lids for my family and others out of ketchup… yes they were busy but my food came out cold…. How does that happen if you’re busy food should be fresh since your going through it??? Also bathrooms had toilet paper everywhere and stall doors were broken in women’s restrooms. Yet 2 employees-male and female walked out of behind counter together and stood by bathrooms giggling and playing for 5 min at least before going back behind counter
Had to get a manager...after placing an order app and waiting almost 15 min lukewarm food was given breakfast sandwiches and hash browns Plus all other workers need to at least look And address customers at counter Multiple ppl were ignored just like me. At least once the manager noticed she got the order sittn there. Hopefully a little customer service is worked on unfortunately its not just this location.

Asked if it was possible to add a water cup at the first window when receiving receipt, the first woman said “yes” then proceeded to the next window where the second woman said “no” and that we would have to “go around the drive through again”.
