One of the best Starbucks I have visited, they where very busy yet the got my order out fast and it was great. They were very friendly and very professional. They set the bar for other Starbucks.

Convenient for travel between Coralville and North Liberty. Other than that, I wouldn't go here to just chill. Everything is just average for Starbucks. Serves coffee like all other Starbucks. It's not built for the hospital traffic it's about to receive. Riverside Drive location in Iowa City remains king of the area, this is probably my second favorite location.
Parking: Good for now, when the hospital and apartments are completed it will be a nightmare.

Avoid mobile pickup at this location. For the 2nd time, I placed an order here and stood inside for 20 minutes waiting for a single drink that I ordered 10 minutes earlier. No acknowledgement from employees while half of them just stand behind the counter

Refused to make a drink that I order at lots of stores. Obstinate, rude, and told me “no one else should be doing that”. As someone who has worked foodservice many years in my past, draining ice from a drink shouldn’t be a big deal. Didn’t like the rudeness in addition to not being able to order an age-old favorite of mine :)

I recently ordered from this location via DoorDash and left this review “ Ordered an Iced Venti and a breakfast sandwich. When I opened the bag to take my food out half of my drink had spilled inside the bag and had soaked into my sandwich. The travel distance from the store to delivery point was less than 1 mile. I paid $18 for half a drink and a soggy sandwich.” I went into the store a few days later to find out how to handle the bad delivery situation. Boy did they make my day! Remade my entire order even though the fault was with the delivery company. Thanks for the great customer service at the Redhawk St. Coralville location!

I had a lovely experience here. The baristas are very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Around Christmas time, they had a bin you could donate bags of beans to the local Domestic Violence Intervention Program. That really moved me. Happy Holidays, Starbucks.
